We hired them for a woodpecker and raccoon issue at our home. The service was: - Very poor communication - Significant delays despite repeated follow-ups After signing a contract and paying a substantial amount, it took over a week just to install a few repellents over a wide area . Scheduling was unreliable--appointments were promised but repeatedly missed. Phone calls followed by empty promises but no delivery. This week alone: * Told they'd come Monday didn't show * Called Tuesday promised Wednesday/Thursday * Today is Friday still no show Meanwhile, the problem has worsened, and we now have more damage than when we started. What's most frustrating: we suggested solutions (like reflective streamers that had worked before), but they dismissed them. When you pay $$$ prices, you expect professionalism, communication, and results. We received none. If you're dealing with wildlife issues, please look into other companies and read reviews carefully before committing.

Do not use this company! I just bought a house in Chelsea, MI, and found a bat hanging from the…read moreceiling. Of course I was upset. I tried to find someone to come get rid of the bat, but no one could come, since it was a Sunday. I kept calling different bat companies, but somehow always ended up back with Platinum Wildlife Removal. The woman on the phone assured me that if I didn't set up an appointment then, I most likely wouldn't get one. I paid $99 to have Platinum come and do an inspection the next day. The first thing the man did was head straight to the fireplace and pronounce it an extreme fire hazard due to creosote. He purposely set up an atmosphere of fear and threat so he could play on my emotion. Then he inspected my attic and drew me into his web even further by saying there was very little cleanup to do, so he would only charge me @$800. And since he thought he had my trust at that point, then it was time to reel me in. He inspected the outside of the house, came back in and lowered the boom--over $5,000 in work needed to get rid of bats and make sure they didn't enter my home. At that point I pretty much knew he was scamming me, and when I checked with other companies, they told me to use anyone but Platinum Wildlife Removal, that they had seen this same scenario many times before. Don't fall prey to Platinum Wildlife Removal's dishonest business tactics. They should be ashamed of themselves!
