This has gone on for months, we had to pay as they turned the claim over to collections and the work still isn't completed. Very frustrating as now they won't even return calls to complete the work. No one seems to be responsible and managers never return calls. I would give them Less than a one star.

My frustrations are largely with the way this business is organized from a management, communication, and customer service perspective. No specific grievances against the technician or even individual reps. I placed a work order for my condo unit through my HOA, and this is the partner vendor. There has been evidence of rodents in our top floor unit attic (droppings) so was looking for service to remediate. Was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly after the work order was placed. Great! Had a confirmed time window of 8am-noon. I made arrangements to be out of work and at the home during this time period so someone could let the technician in and talk about the job as needed. The time comes and goes, and the technician is a no show. I give the vendor a call to check in to see if there was still someone coming, which routes me to a generic customer service rep, and the best they can do for me is take down a message and request a callback. No one calls and I have to leave. I get an email around 4 or 5pm noting that someone stopped by around 2pm but wasn't able to complete the service because no one was there. No phones calls or attempts to reach me to let me know they were running behind, a new ETA, or even when they arrived and weren't able to get in. A bit frustrating, but I was able to get the service scheduled for a week later. Same confirmed time window of 8am-noon, same situation of making arrangements to be there, same no call no show experience... And I had requested a call to let me know when they were on the way as well this time. Again, many hours later I got an email saying someone had stopped by around 2:45pm. Rescheduled again... for two more weeks out... this time someone does show up, and at that point informs me they don't have ladders anymore so he can't go up to our attic, which was clearly the issue noted in the work order. The worst part of the experience was just that there was no way to reach someone directly to sort things out with the missed appointments. Any call will go to a different rep and all they can do is take a message, put a note on the account, and request a callback. Not one time did I actually get a callback as requested. I only was called in response to emails with the HOA and vendor. These calls came from computer created numbers that you couldn't call back.

    * Number one everything * Doing what you promise and…read morefollowing through * Not farming out the business to another company that lets you hang on hold for 30 minutes or longer when supposedly Orkin transfer the person over for Customer Service, which is absolutely no customer service * Taking advantage of an elderly veteran and taking quite a large sum of money from his account every single month when there are still bugs And when he tries to call, they say oh he came out. Oh, they came out. No one has come out. A service call needs to be scheduled when he's there and when it can be seen that the spring is being done because there's no proof except for something left on a door that says somebody came out and they couldn't go inside to spray because someone's not home This is gotta be the worst I have ever seen of how a company does business I am appalled by how this human that I help is a veteran has been treated. I feel that he should get a complete and total refund like they promise if the bugs are not gone, there will be a complete and total refund. He can't even get a hold that I can't even get a hold of anybody to talk to so I guess we're gonna have to go there in person and I doubt anything would be even done then.

    We hired them for two locations of our business for moth control. After a few months and almost…read more$2,000 in charges they didn't find any moths. I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. When I confronted them about this, they acknowledged that they had been using the wrong traps. They offered to give me 1 free month. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not. The image I'm attaching is of a cheap chinese trap I got on aliexpress. I have a few of these up and they did catch moths so clearly I have a moth problem. I even showed them that their trap was inches away from this one and did not catch anything.

That was ridiculus! There was plenty of room. A salesman came to check the house for rodents. He recommended caulking around the whole house. We agreed. Meanwhile the ants were back a week later. Orkin came out again to spray. The ants came back. I finally sprayed them myself with some insect spray from Lowe's. As far as the caulking around the house, the workmanship was horrible. We are very disappointed. the caulking is extremely thick and poorly applied. The outside look of the house is ruined. some areas shouldn't even have been caulked because the gap was too big. We spent thousands of dollars for literally nothing. Definitely overpriced and overrated! never again! Zero
