    So glad I came here after the Horrible service at UPS next door to Krogers. At UPS the teenager…read morecouldn't show me box sizes and told me I had thirty choices and then walked off. At the counter an acne riddled man who had more hair in his eyes than Cousin It told me he couldn't give me shipping labels they had to do it there in the store. Add this to the tall woman/matriarch asking what labels went on which pile of boxes ( clearly management) and I ran screaming down the street to FedEx. At FedEx the rep grabbed every item I asked for in under 3 minutes. She organized labels w pouches, bubble wrap etc and even helped me carry the stash to my car! Under 10 minutes in and out. She even smiled and was gracious as the line grew to the door I'm not sure if there was any cost savings but the peace of mind and customer service were priceless. Please look for the redhead with dimples and professional attitude. Her professionalism is worth the drive to get it done right.

    Seems like about nine out of every 10 encounters here are either a massive waste of time and/or…read moredealing with rude employees. Today, I had the pleasure of walking in, seeing an employee directly in my line of sight, saying, "Good morning!", while he ignored me and couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. After staring at a computer screen (that was now right in between he and I) for a minute, he then finally acknowledged me. I hear finding good employees has been difficult for a while now, but this location has struggled for many years with that.
