Dear Greg, I wanted to take a moment to tell you about an absolutely exceptional experience I had at your UPS Store today -- and more importantly, about Persephone. From the moment I walked through the door, Persephone greeted me with such genuine warmth that I honestly felt like I had been coming into your store for years. I recently moved here from Phoenix, Arizona, where I became accustomed to being charged for practically every piece of tape, breath of air, and possibly eye contact -- so imagine my surprise when Persephone simply helped me tape up my box and made sure I was completely taken care of. But the tape isn't really why I'm writing. Your store was busy. There was a line, it was Saturday, and Persephone appeared to be handling an incredible amount of it practically by herself. Yet somehow, she never made me feel rushed, overlooked, or like I was just the next person in line. In fact, I barely even noticed the line. That is a gift. She stayed calm, cool, funny, quick-witted, professional, and completely in control of the room. She made me feel important while simultaneously taking care of everyone else. I walked in needing to mail a package and walked out in a noticeably better mood. She literally turned my day around. Greg, I don't know what Persephone's long-term plans are, but I can tell you this: that girl is going places. Employees can be trained to operate a register, ship a package, or follow procedures. You cannot easily train someone to make strangers feel genuinely seen and welcome while gracefully managing a crowded store. That's character, personality, composure, and exceptional customer service all rolled into one. So, Greg, from one very impressed customer: recognize this woman. Keep her. Invest in her. And if I were you, I'd seriously consider giving her a raise before somebody else realizes what you've got. Persephone, if you happen to see this: thank you. You made what should have been a completely ordinary Saturday errand memorable, and you reminded me how much one person's kindness can change another person's day. Phoenix may have the sunshine, but apparently Conway has Persephone. And considering Persephone is the name of a goddess, I suppose I should have expected nothing less. Warmly, Jennifer Ash read more

The lines can get crazy long like other UPS stores, but these fold care. Super pleasant. Great, personal and professional service all around. Easy to access read more

Several people were in line but they had an automatic machine and it was really easy. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The parking lot is a little cramped but it was easy to exit. The service was excellent even though the folks were busy. Wish we had this in White Hall. We had to drive here 40 miles to drop off a box to send back to Amazon. Thanks. read more

Great fast experience dropping off Amazon returns. No wait and smooth process when going in the morning.

Greatest staff ever. Always friendly and helpful. I've had a box here for about two years and it's worth every penny. Safe and secure, and text and email notifications. A perfectly run store. read more

I've used this store for years and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and efficient. They're experienced and offer great ideas or suggestions. My packages get sent and arrive in a timely manner, as they should. The store is tidy and stocked with any supplies one might need to ship. On top of that, they have great cards! read more

Always get excellent customer service and quick answers to any shipping or packaging questions that I have. Their space is very clean and they offer other great services like printing and shredding. read more

1 star is too much. Most rude and condescending staff ever (owners son). I live in the Heights but I'll only ever use the UPS store on Rodney Parham any more after more than 2 bad experiences here. read more

I had to ship a large painting, and the Taylor Road UPS store packaged and shipped it for me. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using this location in the future. read more

I have been a regular at the UPS Store in the Heights for over 2 years. I had a side business and originally chose them as an alternative to a PO Box. Vince (the owner) and the rest of the staff are great and very accommodating! And I was surprised how economical having a box at the UPS store is! I no longer have my side business but I have kept my box at the store because it is so darn convenient. I get a text message when I receive a package, and they sign for it and keep it safe for me until I pick it up. Also it's like having a virtual office. There is a customer computer (for a fee - reasonably priced) that is easy to use. I can send faxes, make copies, print, email, and ship on the go! It really helps me when I am on a deadline or meeting with clients away from my main office in Conway. I highly recommend this UPS store and team! read more

Everyone at this store is kind and helpful. I send all my large print jobs to them and including birthday invitations, Etsy printables, and just large quantities of copies. They are have a quick turn around time and are always quick to call if they have any questions. Highly recommend them! read more

The staff at the UPS store in the Heights is friendly and so incredibly proficient and professional!!! These folks have held my hand and helped me ship some extremely fragile items. Everything they have helped me ship has been received in a timely manner...and in one piece! I have used this location for a myriad of important tasks -- packaging, shipping, printing, and faxing. They have made each experience a simple pleasure, always attentive to help customers get things done properly and expediently! I can not say enough good things about the UPS store on Taylor!!! I am an extremely satisfied return customer and will use them again and again! read more

Great folks! Very helpful and friendly staff. We use UPS Heights location for all of our personal and business shipping needs.

The employees went out of their way to make sure that our shipment got to us when we needed it. Great customer service!!!!

The staff at this store is outstanding. Everyone is an expert. They get me in and out quickly with excellent service. The store is well stocked with shipping supplies, when you don't have what you need. On those busy days, these fellows are all business. A quick smile and greeting, and it's down to business. And they know the shipping, printing, etc. business very well. Can't say enough good things about this store. Keep up the great work! read more

Everything is computerized so the process is much faster than in some other locations. Service has always been efficient. It's my first choice for a UPS Store in west LR. read more

I returned a curtain rod last month - shipped from this location. When the vendor received the package, there was a blanket inside. I called the UPS Store in the Heights to ask if maybe the package was accidentally swapped with another, or what could have happened. The owner told me they received around 75 packages a day and there was no way to check where the package could have gone. Not only did he take no responsibility whatsoever for making sure the packages shipped from his store arrive at their destination, it took much prodding before he finally agreed to call the local distribution center and ask if maybe there was a package left there whose label had fallen off. Most unpleasant about this experience is not the $100 I just threw away between shipping and the lost curtain rod, it is dealing with someone who is completely indifferent about customer service. read more

I've tried to use this space for sending and receiving. They have routinely lost my packages. Furthermore, the owner (and most of the employees) are very rude to customers and lack any service skills. Go to another UPS store if you have to use one. read more

I'd give this store a 2.5 stars if I could. The location is great and one of the guys who works there is super helpful. It is a UPS store -- not a post office, but I wish I'd known that they charge roughly double what USPS charges for the same services. The weird thing is that they won't tell you what they're going to charge you for USPS services over the phone because that's "proprietary information." That's just unhelpful enough that it tips the "convenience" balance for me; I'll avoid this store from now on. read more
