On Thursday I reserved a uhaul from this uhaul dealer and I went in and I've never felt better…read moreabout spending money (because who likes to spend money faulting?!) well, my boyfriend is a truck driver so I was left with the task of moving out of my apartment alone...so I asked the representative if he would do me a huge favor (thinking that he would look at me like I was crazy). I asked if he would drive the uhaul to my apartment so I wouldn't have to leave my vehicle behind. The representative (and I HATE that I didn't take names I suck) said that he would be glad to but it would have to be in 30 minutes when the place closes. Ok so on Friday I've loaded the things in the uhaul to realize that I have gotten the wrong size uhaul so I drive to U Storage to see if there is anyway I could get a bigger truck and how much it would be to do so. They were so nice and helpful and accommodated me to the point that they two guys (one was in training and both were extremely nice again I did not take their names because I suck) told me they would help me take the items I had packed and put them into the new truck. I was blown away by the customer service here at U Storage because I NEVER or rarely ever have customer service professionals go above and beyond for me.
