Always do a great job handling my packages! Very prompt and reliable, I come in once a week to pick up packages for work. They come in overnight post from all over the country, and the folks here always have them together for us first thing in the morning. On the rare occasions where one package is missing or accidentally put on a truck rather than held for pickup, their follow-up is top-notch. I've never once had to wait more than half an hour, even for a truck drop-off. My only complaint is that they can be hard to reach by phone. I sure wish your drivers could read and write. I have a big number on my mailbox and also on my home and 60% of the time they drop my packages off to other addresses. Somehow packages are rerouted for pickup from this location without recipient's authorization. FEDEX so far has a worse delivery record to me than either USP or USPS even. read more

FedEx claimed to have attempted delivery of two packages today. No one shows up on any of the 3 cameras that I have facing the front of my house and I know for a fact that No One rang my doorbell. Now they they have rescheduled one for "delivery" tomorrow so I get to wait around the house another day for delivery (if they bother to show up) but the second package they have scheduled to be picked up! I specifically contacted them and told them I did not want to drive all over town to pick up a package they are responsible for delivering!! Now I have to wait all day AND drive half-way across town to pick up my packages. Totally awful, terrible, horrible customer service. read more

Our child's important medicine delivery did not arrive at our home. The nice associate Madison was able to find the package and we were able to get the medicine just in time. Thank You Madison for saving us a trip to urgent care that we can't afford. You really are a lifesaver. read more

The Fed Ex drivers that come to North Little Rock are the absolute WORST! I have three (3) signs on the door and front porch asking them to place our PERISHABLE PLATED delivery in the shade under the roof overhang. Do they read or make any effort to set the box down in one area instead of right in front of the door in the sun and elements? Nope. Not at all. EVERY OTHER DELIVERY service, including UPS & USPS manages to place their deliveries off to the side, but FED EX? No, FEDEX is the ABSOLUTELY WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN NLR! read more

This is my regular shipper. Ground services a day or two faster than brown. Drivers go out of the way to make deliveries. I have observed counter employees spend extra time with novice shippers to help them find the best option. In addition they offer the best prices for services. read more
