After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

But Apple thinks they are doing us a favor. When I ran car dealerships I would never have treated my customers like this. Zulaika was absolutely phenomenal! She perfectly represents the T-Mobile customer service that I've heard so much about. I was formerly a Verizon customer but needed to put my entire family on a single plan and was dreading it.
