I have endured a YEAR of misery dealing with this company. We bought a brand new Samsung microwave…read morethat was installed July 6, 2022. The microwave had an obvious sensor issue, and it was always glitching. We called Josh, who sold the appliance to us, and they came out and "fixed" the issue. The microwave worked on and off for a few months, but ultimately the problem was not resolved. During this time my mother was diagnosed with and quickly passed away from cancer in September. This March, we finally had the time to address the microwave issue again (obviously the last few months we have been distracted) and we contacted Josh multiple times. We have text message proof that we sent of the microwave not working in March 2023 to Josh's cell phone. The last time, in June, my father called and Josh told him that he was getting in touch with the manufacturer and he would give us a call when he has a replacement microwave for us. Of course, Josh NEVER CALLED US. We called back a couple weeks later to follow up again, and we were told there was nothing they could do because we were now out of warranty and "it was our fault the microwave was broken and we probably slammed the door and broke it". Well, Josh, the microwave NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY and we have video proof of it not working as well as text messages in March voicing that our issue was not solved. Ultimately my father is furious and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of product and level of customer services that I have received. I feel as if my family was scammed. We were certainly not treated like family. If Josh and Central Arkansas Appliances would have followed up with his customers in a timely fashion, I would have a working microwave and this review would not be negative. Also, the microwave was purchased by a relative with a different last name so any review response attempting to negate my review will not be tolerated.
