They don't include the electrical cord with the dryer, you have to buy that separate and they charge you to haul away an item that they will take to a scrap yard and get paid for. I will buy more locally next time and not from a big chain. They offered no incentive after they cancelled the delivery date and are making me wait another week to receive something I purchased. I mean really???? You only have ONE person that can deliver and set up? It's a freakin dryer, not rocket science. One more week of going to the laundrymat thanks to them. I also purchased the My Best Buy Support option since I wanted to use the Geek Squad to help set it the new computer and transfer my data. Rather than bore you with all the details I will outline my recommendations to Best Buy. 1 - Honor your appointments. Don't make people with appointments wait in the same line with people who don't. I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. If you just love lines make a second one for people with appointments. 2 - Setup a separate line or counter for pickup. Don't make people wanting to pick up a repaired device wait in line with people who are seeking help. My pickup took all of 1 minute at the desk but I was forced to wait 40 minutes for my turn. 3 - Don't try to do the repair in real time while others are waiting in line. Often it took 10-15 minutes to serve a single customer which just aggravated issues 1 & 2 above. Finally the overall value of the service was questionable. They really didn't do much to setup the new computer. They deleted the bogus software most manufacturers load to sell you stuff and ported over my files. They also loaded the Chrome browser but didn't bother to port over the settings, favorites, or password file from the old computer. That's it . So big whoop. They didn't bother trying to port over any other applications, do any core configurations, setup system security or do anything else of real value. You'll be forced to do most of this on your own (assuming you have computer skills). Bottom line don't waste your time with these guys. A bad experience (twice) with a poorly managed organization. I give the Geek Squad 0 stars.

I brought my very old PC to Corey to have him clean it up (2 dogs and a cat causes way more hair…read morethan I ever imagined), replace a couple of fans that went bad, and upgrade my SSD from a 240gb to 1tb. I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. Just a very friendly and knowledgeable person who actually shows you the pride he takes in his work instead of just telling you about it. I will definitely be going back for all of my PC needs.

I wanted one lipstick I knew Target or any of those carried. I have no idea where stores are in LIttle Rock, and was pleased to find this one. I went to the cosmetics, and they were in such disarray. It was awful. creams and foundation scattered everywhere, empty shelves...dirty jars. On the Loreal display, there was liquid days old, dried on the tester. Yuck. Don't they clean their makeup aisle? They did have the lipstick I wanted. That's a plus. I went to the food aisles and it was pretty decent. I bought a couple of things I wanted. I have a microwave and refrigerator. here in this hotel. I think the only thing that might be clean is the grocery department. I noticed dirt even on the floor. Don't they ever clean this store? I know I'll never be back in it, cause I'll not be able to find it, but, they should atleast clean up the make up department. It is disgusting. I rather like the make up at the Target in Lee's Summit MO.
