When we reached them by phone, they had not proceeded with the order and lost the information. We reordered and now we can't get them to call back or answer email. The wait is long every single time. My first experience I waited 6 months when I was told two…read moremonths. My second experience I waited 7 months and was told 2 months. My third experience was the third strike. I was told 3 months and waited 16 months to get my furniture back. Yes, you read that right. Sixteen months. They told me at 8 months my fabric was cut and ready. They told me at 12 months it would be the next week. They told me at 14 months it would be the next week. I finally got ugly and two weeks later I was able to pick up my furniture.
