On Thursday I received text that my rings were ready to pick up. I called and told Pat's daughter that I was supposed to get estimate first. She said she was sorry but the work was already done. The charges were about $75.00 over what I considered my mental financial comfort level. But because the work was already done, I lost my ability to get an estimate somewhere else.
