There are men. There are good men. And then there's TJ. I jumped my wife's car to get to Batteries Plus and he stayed out in a deluge of rain to help me get the battery changed. I told him multiple times to go in because he had to work and I could get dry later but he refused and lended a much-needed hand. iPhone screen replacement. So I bought an iPhone 8+ and around January needed the screen replaced. I decided to take it here because I had heard a couple good things from some coworkers. Got the screen replaced and immediately realized that the quality of screen was not nearly as good as an Apple screen. The color gamma spectrum was lower, it wasn't nearly as bright, and overall was more dull. The screen wasn't as black as a normal iPhone screen and looked cheaper overall. About an hour after I get home, I realize that the touch response isn't working so I do a hard reset on my phone. This continues every couple of hours where the screen just doesn't work. Within a day, I set the phone on the counter and the entire screen cracks. I've never had a more cheap screen. I decide at this point to take it back in and after describing my situation they said they'd be happy to fix it. I bring the day old phone screen in and they tell me it'll be ready in an hour. Fantastic! I come back in an hour and they tell me they can't fix it because it's cracked. After a couple of minutes talking back and fourth with the (very defensive) manager, I'm told that they can't help me. So I ask for the owners number. After asking several times I finally get it. I call the owner that day, he had apparently just bought the store recently. He was extremely apologetic, professional, and helpful. He quickly replaced the screen with a brand new one for free. He's the only reason that this review is getting two stars at all, had my experience been only with him, it would be 5 stars. But as far as the staff of the actual store, they had terrible attitudes the first time around. My screen for the next several months continued to need a hard reset. And when 11.3 for iOS was released, my screen was completely deactivated by the software update and I had to go get a whole new screen from Apple. read more

called this store twice today to see if needed a appointment for a battery change out for my car they said no appt needed their open tell 8 pm so i drive 45 mins to get there at 5:45 for them to tell me they stop doing battery change outs when there is only 1 employee left at 5:30 we'll thanks for that since i drove from Conway ! ugh so frustrated !!! read more

I would give negative star but I cannot. DO NOT waste time with this place. Wife and I took iPhone in to have battery replaced after it would intermittently charge. They said the problem was probably from the port but they changed out battery anyways. Following replacement it continued to intermittently charge, the microphone doesn't work and we had to go back to get refund within 14 days. When we returned I was given attitude and I was told they would have "to find a battery" to replace new one. When we picked up phone it was not working. They said we need to charge it. IT WILL NO CHARGE!! The original battery had 75% battery strength. Now the phone doesn't work!! Called and they said there was nothing they could do?!?! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!! read more

I bought a Duracell Phone charger, was told if anything happened would be replaced when I purchased it. I understand normal wear and tear on any item ....but I've never ever bought a $24.00 phone charger that in 1 month stopped working ! They refused to replace it!! Update: I received a call 2 days later from the manager who advised me that my initial experience was not their policy and that appointments should be honored. They offered to make up for the inconvenience by fixing my phone that day with a discount. My phone was repaired in less than an hour. This experience was much better than my initial one. I visited this business twice and got excellent service twice. The first time my daughter needed a battery and they were the best in town on pricing and the warranty was covered for the car longer than anyone else was offering. This was as I looked them up online. I then went to another store but made up my mind very quickly to go to Battery Plus Bulbs. I was so glad that I did. The technicians were nice and so knowledgeable not only about the battery for my daughter but also my cell phone and my friend's truck remote. They even put the battery in my trunk after the purchase. After the battery was installed, the lights inside the car was better and you can tell the difference. I was wowed!! I went back at almost the end of the week to replace the battery in my phone. Omg. My phone works better than ever, the service was great, and I was in and within about 35 minutes tops. It took about 10 minutes to get signed in and sign off on the work. After two short errands about 25 minutes, my phone was already ready for pickup when I arrived. This experience was like going to people that you knew that were on your side. They are the best of the best and are now my favorite go-to place!!!!
