Dropped my PC off for an upgrade and upon completion, I'm told that my previous graphics card (still worth $300-$400) was given to the guy that picks up junk for the owner. Said it was too outdated and worthless. I have some serious doubts as to whether that was true and even if this person thought that, check with the owner first. I have taken a few different laptops to this place over the past few years and I have always had a great experience with their service. Last year, I took my laptop in with several issues and after going over all of them, the owner, Wayne, offered to take my laptop as a trade-in on a new one. Since I had already been considering buying a new one, that saved me the hassle of what to do with the old one. They moved all my data over for me and was quick to get my new one to me. Highly suggest you don't use this place. No weekends, only partial day on Friday, and any other day is a hit and miss if they open on time. Took my pc in for a quick repair job, and it was like pulling teeth to get it done. I was actually told by the owner his tech who was going to work on my pc was not in that day because he wanted to work his other job that day, so my pc continued to sit.
