I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. My shorts, too large for my apparently shrunken hips (must be the active lifestyle, hey now!), requires my hands to hold them up if I run for more than a few seconds. Of course I failed to do that on the fateful day of hopping across the street and my cell phone flops out and lands with a dreadful crack on the hard pavement. After retrieving it, the lcd screen is shot and weird multi-colored lines appear on the screen. I desperately tried to swipe and type this way and that, all to no avail. My life as I knew it ended right then and there. The phone goes from barely functional to completely bonkers in alternating phases. I had no idea how much I depended on the damn thing. It was like losing my superpower (sad that my superpower is an old iPhone ain't it? Makes me question my purpose in life) but I was completely helpless. I couldn't drive (no GPS), I couldn't find restaurants, I couldn't call or send texts, I couldn't listen to music. I was so sad! :( Until John appeared in my life. Armed with tiny screwdrivers out of a magical blue box, he had my phone up and running in less than 10 minutes. Not all heroes wear capes.
