Dear Greg, I wanted…read moreto take a moment to tell you about an absolutely exceptional experience I had at your UPS Store today -- and more importantly, about Persephone. From the moment I walked through the door, Persephone greeted me with such genuine warmth that I honestly felt like I had been coming into your store for years. I recently moved here from Phoenix, Arizona, where I became accustomed to being charged for practically every piece of tape, breath of air, and possibly eye contact -- so imagine my surprise when Persephone simply helped me tape up my box and made sure I was completely taken care of. But the tape isn't really why I'm writing. Your store was busy. There was a line, it was Saturday, and Persephone appeared to be handling an incredible amount of it practically by herself. Yet somehow, she never made me feel rushed, overlooked, or like I was just the next person in line. In fact, I barely even noticed the line. That is a gift. She stayed calm, cool, funny, quick-witted, professional, and completely in control of the room. She made me feel important while simultaneously taking care of everyone else. I walked in needing to mail a package and walked out in a noticeably better mood. She literally turned my day around. Greg, I don't know what Persephone's long-term plans are, but I can tell you this: that girl is going places. Employees can be trained to operate a register, ship a package, or follow procedures. You cannot easily train someone to make strangers feel genuinely seen and welcome while gracefully managing a crowded store. That's character, personality, composure, and exceptional customer service all rolled into one. So, Greg, from one very impressed customer: recognize this woman. Keep her. Invest in her. And if I were you, I'd seriously consider giving her a raise before somebody else realizes what you've got. Persephone, if you happen to see this: thank you. You made what should have been a completely ordinary Saturday errand memorable, and you reminded me how much one person's kindness can change another person's day. Phoenix may have the sunshine, but apparently Conway has Persephone. And considering Persephone is the name of a goddess, I suppose I should have expected nothing less. Warmly, Jennifer Ash

So glad I came here after the Horrible service at UPS next door to Krogers. At UPS the teenager…read morecouldn't show me box sizes and told me I had thirty choices and then walked off. At the counter an acne riddled man who had more hair in his eyes than Cousin It told me he couldn't give me shipping labels they had to do it there in the store. Add this to the tall woman/matriarch asking what labels went on which pile of boxes ( clearly management) and I ran screaming down the street to FedEx. At FedEx the rep grabbed every item I asked for in under 3 minutes. She organized labels w pouches, bubble wrap etc and even helped me carry the stash to my car! Under 10 minutes in and out. She even smiled and was gracious as the line grew to the door I'm not sure if there was any cost savings but the peace of mind and customer service were priceless. Please look for the redhead with dimples and professional attitude. Her professionalism is worth the drive to get it done right.

Seems like about nine out of every 10 encounters here are either a massive waste of time and/or…read moredealing with rude employees. Today, I had the pleasure of walking in, seeing an employee directly in my line of sight, saying, "Good morning!", while he ignored me and couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. After staring at a computer screen (that was now right in between he and I) for a minute, he then finally acknowledged me. I hear finding good employees has been difficult for a while now, but this location has struggled for many years with that.
