Do not take anything to these people.We turned in a dress on a tuesday to get a slight alter.By saturday, it still was not ready.I called to get the dress.They wanted to charge me an extra twenty dollars for an early fee.And then they wound up, not even altering the dress, very unprofessional people.I live in conway.They had me take the dress to little rock location.Definitely not to my convenience.When I live in conway, they were not eager to help at all!! Turned in the dress on Tuesday needed the dress by noon, Saturday and they had not even touched the dress. When I called them at 10 AM on Saturday and then had the nerve to want an extra $20 for a rush. How is it a rush when they got the dress Tuesday? Make it make sense. I went to this place because I needed zippers replaced on 1 coat and 2 jackets. I was told by another business that the zipper on my Nike jacket couldn't be replaced, however these ladies told me it could be done. Fast forward months later after being replaced, my zipper broke again and I was told by these ladies that there is only a 7 day guarantee after being repaired. Needless to say I wasn't told this in the beginning, so I won't be returning. Although the wait time and prices are reasonable, I'm just amazed that it's only a 7 day guarantee. WHAT IT IS Quick and extremely inexpensive for the kind of very detailed expert work, and careful quality alterations. I'm used to paying twice as much for alterations. This place is expertise, not commodity basic work. WHAT IT IS NOT If you're a customer that doesn't know how a calendar works and you bring your chaotic lifestyle of poor planning to this place, you need to stay away from here. They stay plenty busy and don't need your BS. This place is not for penny pinchers and/or people looking for all three of these things at the same time... FAST, GOOD, and CHEAP. You only get to choose any TWO of those, not all THREE. This establishment is for people that understand the above basic business concept when it comes to ANY custom craftsmanship. HOW THEY HANDLE BAD CUSTOMERS I stood behind one of those typical irresponsible chaotic life people. I was waiting patiently to be measured for some detailed alterations. The cranky customer was complaining about the prices, complaining about how long it might take, and then did that thing where they claim a different alterations place is faster, cheaper, and better. The very polite and professional woman at the front check-in desk did an awesome job of listening and patiently allowed the customer to behave like a fool. As they made a scene and left the store, the staff didn't miss a beat. I was next and it was as if that last terrible person was never there. MY EXPERIENCE When I did get measured, the employees listened to me, acknowledged what I wanted, and repeated it back to me. They explained their process very clearly, provided me a paper claim check, told me they would text or call me when my items were ready to be tried on and picked up, etc. VERY polite. VERY professional. When I returned to pick up my items, again, it was a very professional experience. Looking at the outstanding stitch work, they did a fabulous job on everything! I used to be an expert seamstress a long time ago, but my eyes are now too old for expert detail work. I left with a big smile and a perfect custom fit! If you work there -- Thank you so much! I'm telling all my friends this is where to bring their alterations. IS THIS PLACE FOR ME? If you do not like the prices, this place is not for you. If you don't like the wait, this place is not for you. If you think you are going to speak to employees in a private business like you own the place, you probably need to take your S show elsewhere. Went in to have two things done. First I wanted to have a shirt that was a large, fit more like a medium. Secondly I wanted to have two patches put on a jacket. They quoted me on the patches to be applied to the jacket but not the shirt resizing. I wanted the jacket rushed but not the shirt. When finalizing the details about the patches being sewn to the jacket, one of the ladies said they couldn't sew it due to it being an adhesive patch. I have never had an issue before or heard of this being an issue except of some lower end machines. The only reason why I didn't do it myself was because I needed it to be perfectly centered. So I took the jacket and got the patches sewn to it somewhere else. Went to pick up my shirt and they are charging $75 just for a little hem and some shortening of the sleeves. They added $10 for rush order on the wrong item and $65 is still outrageous for a little hem work. I spent more money on fixing this shirt than the actual value of the shirt. They did decent work but not $75 good. I was not quoted on this price for this shirt. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. read more

They are very nice, and the quality of their work is ok, as long as you stick to hemming pants, jeans, or simple adjustments. They struggle with more complex pieces, like adjusting suit sleeves. I found a sewing needle, sewn into the sleeve of one coat, which was done poorly to begin with. They ruined several suit coats of mine, primarily because they didn't know how to properly shorten a suit sleeve with functional buttons. As compensation they gave me $25 off my next adjustment. Lol. Again, they are very nice, but I would avoid having high end clothes, or complex alterations done here. It's just too risky. read more

*I'm a dude if that matters to anyone reading this* I came in there yesterday and it was my first time ever having a shirt tailored. It was such an easy process. I like that you can see the people that will work on your item in the front when you walk in. The works seemed cheerful and happy as well which makes me feel that they are paid well. That makes me reassured that they will do a great job if I walk in somewhere and the staff seems content and happy. Over the phone I was quoted $25 to alter 1 button down shirt. I understand that is a rough estimate. Maybe less maybe more. Especially depending on when you read this review and go in to get measured and given a quote. I was given a 1 month lead time before they'd have it done. No worries by me. Them being busy made me feel that I made the right choice by going there if they're so booked out. I left my shirts there with them. And look forward to updating this review when I see them again at the end of Sept to see how it turned out and what my true cost will be. Great people though. I also like that some of them spoke Spanish. It was cool to listen to them chat and laugh while working. I met the owner of the place and she was super friendly too! She was the one that made the measurements and as busy as they are I never felt rushed by her. She was super friendly just like the rest of the people that work there. read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone, the staff and manager were HORRIBLE and very unaccommodating. I got a pair of pants taken in on the sides which resulted in them splitting. When I brought the pants to get fixed they said it wasn't worth fixing and even if I brought a new pair of the exact same pants it wouldn't be worth altering because they're delicate. This doesn't make sense because the material wasn't that delicate to alter my pants initially and also suggest services that would result in a higher price. The alter also said she went out of her way to get my pants done and said she could have been doing other things, when I also paid a rush fee. I recently got a pair of jeans altered here and they did a fantastic job! The pants I brought them were originally about 6 inches too long and a little bit flared at the ends so I wanted them to hem and taper the ends to give them more of a skinny jeans fit. The tapering required that they completely change the shape of the last ~8 inches of the leg (after the excessive length had been removed) to be tighter around my lower calf and have a narrower opening at the foot. Since I wanted a skinny fit, it required pretty precise measurement to keep them skinny without going too narrow, especially since these jeans don't have any stretch to them. I had a bridesmaids dress altered there, and after spending $135 on on alterations I showed up to the wedding to find out the hook and eye had been taken out of the back of the dress. The dress wouldn't stay zipped up without it, so I had to safety pin where the hook and eye should have been. After walking around with a visible safety pin on my dress all night, I didn't feel the amount I had paid for the alterations was fair. When I called to let them know what had happened and that I wanted some of my money back, I was at first met with refusal compensate me for my trouble, but was then offered a measly $10. I won't go back because I thought their prices were too high in the first place, but they are especially too high for someone who had to walk around with a safety pin on the dress. read more
