This business is horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS HERE!…read more My ex-husband (a dear & close family member) scored a BEAUTIFUL Jos A Banks suit second hand for a steal & was super excited about being able to wear it to our youngest daughter's upcoming wedding. He was going to walk her down the aisle in it this upcoming March. He brought it in 2 weeks before Thanksgiving & they did the fitting and told him to pick it up after the holiday. He returned the following week (after the holiday) and it wasn't ready. They were vague & non-committal on a ready date. He got firm with them on his need for a commitment. He returned on their committed date and they finally allowed him to try on his newly altered pants. He had requested a slight taper from the knee to the ankle during his fitting. When he tried them on, one leg was so tight, he couldn't even fit his foot through it! They botched the job completely and tried to make it all his fault!. He folded the pants to show them that the two legs didn't match in the slightest, and they projected blame that it was because he "rushed" them and made THEM nervous! (They had had the suit a month already.) The travel time was over 35+ mins each way for him and he made the trip multiple times on the dates they gave him to come back, try it on or pick it up and it still wasn't ready. He came to his wit's end on the last date they gave him in December when he called first (before making another useless and stress-inducing trip there and back), only to find out they weren't answering calls. He finally decided he just wanted to het the suit back (ready or not.) He drove all the way back and was ghosted (sign on the door to call the number they weren't answering) he finally called in the support of the local P.D. to come help him get his property back. The shop owner showed up, handed the officers the suit and told them that my-ex wasn't allowed back on the property and if he came back they would have him arrested!! (Wait...it gets worse) He pulled out the suit and inspected it and found out, that the suit had been irreparably damaged during their alterations (which they tried to repair/hide) and is obviously why they didn't want him back in the shop. My ex is a retired, disabled Veteran that lives on a fixed income. What this shop owner did to him not only caused him incredible amounts of stress and mental anguish, it cost him over $600 (that he did not have) to replace the suit before our daughter's wedding. He told the Russelville P.D.what happened and they told him he'd have to take her to small claims court to get the cost of the suit back. He couldn't replace the suit for that...and had already sunk the funds on the replacement. The unprofessionalism, disrespect & gross negligence of this business is disgusting. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS HERE. SHAME ON THEM .

I ordered about a dozen name tapes from here to prepare for an upcoming deployment. Unfortunately,…read morethey have several problems that make them not fit for uniform wear. Here are the problems from biggest to smallest: 1) on the last name tapes, the A, N, and E are different sizes than the rest as you can see in the pictures 2) they are cinnamon, not spice brown. Also shown in pictures. 3) the tapes have several mess ups in the letter stitching 4) they are slightly longer than govt. issue tapes I brought the tapes back in hope of getting a refund. When I brought up all the issues above he refused to give me a refund. I spend 60$ on these name tapes. Name tapes I cannot use. If you're looking for expensive name tapes that look OK if you squint really hard, this is the place for you. If not, here is a link to a seller on amazon who makes legitimate tapes. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FCPTQ5M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_eDhZTbaeyB7Fk
