At the counter an acne riddled man who had more hair in his eyes than Cousin It told me he couldn't give me shipping labels they had to do it there in the store. Add this to the tall woman/matriarch asking what labels went on which pile of boxes ( clearly management) and I ran screaming down the street to FedEx. At FedEx the rep grabbed every item I asked for in under 3 minutes. She organized labels w pouches, bubble wrap etc and even helped me carry the stash to my car! Under 10 minutes in and out. She even smiled and was gracious as the line grew to the door I'm not sure if there was any cost savings but the peace of mind and customer service were priceless. Please look for the redhead with dimples and professional attitude. Her professionalism is worth the drive to get it done right.

Today, I had the pleasure of walking in, seeing an employee directly in my line of sight, saying, "Good morning!", while he ignored me and couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. After staring at a computer screen (that was now right in between he and I) for a minute, he then finally acknowledged me. I hear finding good employees has been difficult for a while now, but this location has struggled for many years with that.

However, I have found he is present, direct (yet almost always right) and caring. He strikes me as a high-octane guy, trying to whittle down the line with his team pretty quick-- but I have watched him kindly wait for individuals who may not be as efficient as the the rest of us. I have had his assistance on things that are not his job to do. And I've not personally seen it, but I've had friends share stories of him acting incredibly gracious to our elderly population when they needed help. He's built a good staff around him that can handle simple requests, but know when to seek expertise. There are occasional gusts when the line get long- but the average wait is much shorter than most service establishments in Cabot- and as I watch the line, I'm not sure how you could profitably staff to improve it. But here's the important part- every time I have shipped something, it gets there safely and on-time (within their control). I've disagreed with their assistance on how to pack from time to time, but each time I've deferred to their judgment I've had my receivers very grateful.

We drove from TX to attend a funeral this past weekend and I think the entire service from…read morebeginning to end was held beautifully. My husband was a pallbearer, and from what I saw & heard, they did a great job helping them with cues and making sure that there were no issues. The paper information packets were a good quality, the sound system and TV scrolling pictures were great and even the bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job leading the cars to the burial site.

I have had the opportunity to work with them on numerous occasions. When my sister arranged doe their assistance in taking care of her husband they were very supportive and made her feel at ease. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. When my sister passed a year later, they again went above and beyond taking care of her and handling everything with respect and dignity. They took care of a young man from my church. It took a lot to get him from California to Arkansas and they were there the entire time.
