I have not encountered such hardship before going to state offices in Conway AR. They shoot first, and ask questions later. I was informed that there is a glitch in their s6stem in Conway. Same thing at the post office,too. It makes me wonder about the poor homeless in Conway.You will lose your benefits.

After 7 weeks and no response from anyone and no update on the website, I finally got in touch with someone there. I was told it would be the 3rd Wednesday starting next month. Well, that day was today and yesterday a voicemail was left on my phone but with no reason why they had called. I did not get my payment today and on the website, it still says application in progress. It's been over 9 weeks. They hardly ever answer their phones, they don't return messages, you can't go in to the office, and it is not possible to contact them from the website. And about this, the website actually closes down at night and on the weekends so you can't even access your account. Who ever heard of a website that closes down regularly?

This is a small, neighborhood post office - the one-room kind that every small town in America has…read more It's nice to find that kind of small community post office in a bigger city :) There's access (and drop-off mailboxes) on the back side, uphill from the Kroger parking lot in Hillcrest, and walk-in access on Kavenaugh proper. It's so narrow it's easy to miss from either side, but very convenient for those of us who live nearby. They have P.O. boxes for rent, small shipping boxes and envelopes for USPS Priority packages, the usual selection of stamps. But why this location stands out to me is the individual service. There's rarely ever more than one person at the counter to help customers, but there's rarely more than two customers in the place, so things tend to move quickly. But, I've had consistently great service from the folks here, and any letter or package I send from this location seems, almost magically, to get where it's going at least a day before it should. What higher praise can you give a Post Office?

The staff here is very friendly and in the course of the conversation with the desk clerk she told guys about a strange occurrence they had recently. Seems a rooster has decided to take up residence in the bushes outside of the building. he has become a regular attraction and the local TV station has even come out and filmed a story about him. They have named him Rufus. The Postmaster came out and tried to get him to come out by throwing out some food but, he is very shy and would not show himself. We had a fun time trying but, never got a photo. What a hoot in a small town USA.

They won't deliver my package to house I have to go in and pick it up which of you ever look for the hours of operation, don't waste your time because they open the doors after 9am. Honestly just use UPS or FedEx or a three legged turtle would be a faster way to ship and receive a package with far less headache.
