The employees have withheld my change of addresses twice.I have gone into the office twice with proof of identification,now the supervisor tells me my name does not exist in their system, though my daughters was fine,thank goodness.I have had nothing but Trouble in dealing with any state office in Conway,AR.This office included. There was no trouble when I paid for my post office box.I only pray they ARE NOT withholding my mail from existing State Offices in Conway.They are insisting that I never submitted form, that it was not in Thier system. read more

My Wife lost our Mailbox Key, for which we paid the $25 Fee to have our Postal Box at our Apartment Complex rekeyed. This is not the problem. We lost the key, we should have to absorb the cost for the solution. The problem is that we paid the Fee two and a half Months ago and it still isn't repaired. We have called but too not avail. Then they complain about having to bring us our Mail, about once every two weeks. It should not take this long to rekey a Box. They are rude and not the least bit helpful. read more

There is a valid reason this office has a low rating, it is awful. I sell items on Ebay and customers want them as soon as possible. Within the last week, I sold an item, scheduled a "Priority" pickup, and placed the item by my front door. The post office did not pick the package up. Two days later, I'm filing for Social Security benefits and have to send my original birth certificate to the local office, which is only a 3 minute drive from me, but because they aren't accepting people to the office due to COVID-19, I have to mail it. I figured it would be best to send it "Priority" 1-Day insured and tracked USPS in their stiff cardboard mailer, right? The cost is $7.75 as opposed to 55-cents it would be in a regular envelope. I purchase the postage, then schedule a pickup for the next day and place it in my mailbox and guess what? The next day, nobody picks up my mail. I write the office an email, then schedule yet another pickup. The following evening, nobody has picked up the mail again. This is not a rare occurrence. I'd estimate, over the years I've lived here, there have been at least 20 instances where they did not pick up a scheduled package. In my previous address that had the same office, I had lived there about 8 months when suddenly they stopped delivery of 100% of my mail. I did not realize it for some time, and due to this, I lost a lifetime burial insurance plan because I did not receive the statement. I had to go to the office and was told they stopped delivery because the was "no one living at the address". How they can determine this in an apartment complex with 50 apartments that are nowhere near the mailboxes is a mystery to me. Isn't there a corporate postal service that overlooks these offices? Somebody needs to look at this one. read more

I have had the mai carrier forge my signature to my signature confirmation package for a very expensive ring and leave in my mailbox. This is fraud and against any local or national laws. I confronted post office at Hogan. They said they would talk to him? Now all my packages are being asked to be picked up due to unsecure location? I have a huge mail drop location beside house I have been using for years! Long story short, new mailman. My regular mailman retired. Hogan management is lax dealing with issues of fraud in signing for packages. Hogan center can't figure out I am not mad at leaving packages. I am furiated at mail route guy signing my name and stating package was given to individual!!! When absolutely no one was home. looks like higher up has to sort these issues out. The post master can't handle their new crew. read more

These people are the absolute worst! Every package I receive from them is torn to shreds (opened) and my contents are usually damaged. I just moved to Conway and I've never had this problem before in my entire life! So, either this is an extreme coincidence where EVERY package is destroyed, or they're a terrible office. Since the probability is fairly small that it's a coincidence, I think I can conclude that this office sucks at their job. read more

Don't trust setting a package pickup. I had one scheduled for 4 days ago and the 1.6 lb package is still on my porch.

Rude as ever! Very unprofessional group of individuals. First off they did not leave a notice that I received a package (got it via email) then they were just plain nasty when I picked it up. I never use this postoffice and now I remember why. They need to close! read more

They are difficult to contact and then don't follow up. They don't correct thier own errors

The workers at the counter are always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes slow but that is because they take their to make sure everything is being posted correctly. Lines are usually not to bad if you know the slow times to go. It is a government run office so they are always understaffed and struggling which is not their fault, but they do seem to try to always be helpful and do a good job. read more

In my experience the people at this location have gone above and beyond to accommodate my weekly orders. When I order express they are glad to let me pick it up before delivery. I recently had an important package misrouted and it was to be delivered that evening. I called and explained the situation and they had the driver bring it back and I came and picked it up immediately! The men up there are kinda douchey but the women are fantastic. read more

After a busy week at work it was great to see that the Conway Post Office was open Sunday 12/20/15. I wasn't the only one taking advantage of the Sunday service to get some last minute gifts mailed but the line moved quickly and I was able to get my international package as well as others mailed off with no problems. In addition there were also punch and cookies available. My mail is also delivered by a Rural Carrier from the Conway Post Office and all of my packages arrived earlier than expected or right on time. read more
