I came to pick it up and paid $109, then right after we leave the shop it turned off and does the same thing again. We from Louisiana so we don't have time to bring it back but I probably wouldn't because it's a waste of time and money.

After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

Take it back and have them fix it again, come back 2 hours later and still not fixed. They tell me, "We are not going to be able to do anything about it, and that's the best we can do." Checked on Monday but apparently the part was 'defective' and told it would be done by Wednesday. checked on Wednesday and told that they couldn't give me a time frame as to when the repair would be completed. As far as I can tell, this company has now stolen a valuable piece of equipment as well as 350$ of my money. I have already filed a complaint with the attorney general and will be requesting a chargeback from my bank and filing another complaint with the better business bureau.
