Worst usps in madison. They dont scan your tracking that you paid for. Do not come here. East and south usps are better.

The customer service by phone is really bad. She just didn't want it to help me finding my mail.

Also postal worker can't seem to keep his mask on; his nose has been hanging out the whole time. The location off Monona drive feels much faster and safer if you need to ship right now.

Absolutley stunned and hurt at the customer service received from "Clerk 11"…read more I came in open-minded and vulnerable as i needed clarification and assistance around mail forwarding/changing my address, as im young and this is my first time doing a big move. Initially the interaction was average and not even worth a review, until i was met with disdain and a nasty attitude as she was expressing her confusion with my situation and their online forwarding system. She began leering at me, acting as if it were my fault the system was unable to find my new address on my end, despite me opening with that, along with an empty stare and snark in response to my questions and asking for assistance. for context: the online mail forwarding website would NOT list my address, hence not letting me get any mail i needed until i changed it formally, i had gone in to seek guidance and see how i should handle this. it seemed as if she did not understand this and took our her frustration on me, despite expressing my own confusion and need for help/guidance. I truly did not think i did anything wrong besides explain my situation and ask for help, yet somehow i was made out to feel incompetent and as if i were the problem for needing assistance. i have thick skin, i'm young, but this really upset me coming from the united states post office no less. these are the "boys in blue" i love to support Eventually after some passive-aggressive instructions to which i responded to with grace, She was able to lookup and update my new address with their in-office system (yay my problem was solved), but In hindsight not a surprise she avoids using her name if she regularly treats people like dung on her shoe when talking to her. Regretable yet necessary experience, and only giving 2 stars for my problem getting solved (assuming she understood my problem and didn't screw me over in the long term) all of this contrasted with the people in line before me, i dont know what made her upset with me. I hate when people pull the "young" or "race" card but i truly have no idea as to why she switched up her energy between customers and suddenly decided to suddenly treat me as less than. it's ridiculous to say but no one should be disrespected, let alone at a post office. if you see "clerk 11" and have a "situation", do yourself a favor and ask for someone else, hopefully they'll respect you as a person.

The vet clerk with the incessant Dad jokes. Man he's corny but I promise I laugh everytime and at everything. Look, a number of netflix specials aren't even good so I'm not saying he deserves a Hollywood comedy check... I am saying he's a welcomed delight. 3. Parking out front. 4. Best location for the campus area since 2007. It's at the best intersection given the size of cpus and right in the free 80 & 81 bus lines (other lines pass by but naming these for those at the back of campus). Garage parking next door. Metered parking out front.

Their shipping was also half the price of USPS for delivery on Wednesday. Two stars because I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he recently started and doesn't know what he is doing yet/wasn't trained well.
