Saw mail driver do this and went outside and asked why this was. It was explained to me that they don't have to put packages on the porch, as I stood in the pouring rain with my package outside on the ground, in front of my garage door!!!!! The package was getting rained on!!! Ridiculous!!!

That being said, their location is horrible. They're located in the middle of a spa/yoga center. From the road, the signage is lousy - there is a small wooden sign covered by bushes. After circling the block twice, I pulled into the parking lot at this facility and called their office - but was diverted to voicemail. I walked into one entrance, through a hair salon, and asked employees where the Chamber was located. No one knew what I was talking about. I walked to the other half of the building and into a nail salon, and asked their employees, who also had no idea. There happened to be a UPS delivery man who informed me approximately where in the building the office was located. I walked around the building some more and finally found the entrance, tucked in the middle of the building with only a small window decal stating I was at the Chamber. I inquired with the receptionist at the front desk what her thoughts were about the location of their business, and she said she loved it. I guess they really don't want anyone to know where they are.

Their sheer friendliness and Customer Service focus (I guess they have not forgotten that public service is all about public service) 2. Their high level of Competence (they must have very good schools and/or live and die by the whole "self improvement" thing) 3. Extreme Efficiency (usually my question is answered in 2 seconds. Helpful resource clerks. People that don't and try and tell you the law but help you get through recent (and old) cases. These folks are worth their salt. Kudos to the County for making it a point to have effective resources available.
