    I use the store in brookfield, on Bluemound &Calhoun. The guys there are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and cheerful. Great store!

    I had a last-minute (same day) print job returned quite quickly with fantastic service. It was a…read morejob with full bleed, full color and spiral bound. I only put it in around 7pm and I got it at 9:30. It was expensive, but honestly it looked GREAT and I was not expecting this high of quality from a FedEx location. Second experience not as good - I went in to scan some large-format, 16x20 photographic prints (one of a kind black and white photographs, scanned in color to catch details) and was shown by an employee how to use their large scanning machine. I should have guessed it wouldn't be sufficient because it went through so quickly (auto-feed), but I did it and paid over $70 to scan my six images. There was no option to preview other than the thumbnail size. When I got home and checked the files, they were HORRIBLE - so washed out, there were large areas that had come out completely white, and so very much of the detail was missing. I sent in an email about it and was told I could get them re-done or get a refund. I was in the process of moving across states and had already packed the prints, so I was hoping to get a refund. When I went in, the employee told me I would be unable to get a refund because I already had the files. I offered to give him back the USB, which I had bought there for $9, so I could get the other $60+ back, as the files were of absolutely ZERO use to me. He reluctantly agreed to the refund (without asking for my USB in exchange) but seemed really pissed about it. Come on... you really think I'm wasting my time and energy trying to cheat FedEx out of money? I was just hoping to have my one-of-a-kind prints scanned before I moved, in case they were damaged during storage. Too bad, I'll have to see if I can find somewhere else after I move. The quality would be ok for a document, a text document in black and white, but I would never scan any photograph there.

I started the return on Amazon (mind you I don't return things usually so this is a new experience) it was from a third party and no QR code was issued. So I had to pay for shipping but instead of telling me that the girl was almost talking down to me saying "this is all you have ? You need a QR code" I showed her that is all the return process printed out and then she rolls her eyes at me! She throws the paper and says she can't take those. (Fast forward I went to ups and they were able to help me ship it out and informed me about it saying it happens from 3rd party all the time) So then I was a bit frustrated but I kept my composure because God is watching. So I asked if we could pick up my couch and she needed an id which it was storming out and I forgot it and I had a picture of front and back and she rolls her eyes and says no I need it physical. Ok at this point why the heck are you in customer service if you're so rude. You can inform someone nicely not roll your eyes. It gets better. So the next day we go to pick up the couch and I have my id and Richard helped us out and the girl was back there. Richard was very kind and welcoming 10/10 with him. When he was grabbing our boxes that girl wrote a note on it saying "ask for her license the customer was very rude" And I saw it on the couch. Are you kidding me ?! I was rude when you roll your eyes at a customer. Again. I could've been a bitch but GOD IS WATCHING. Rude people should NEVER work in customer service. I saw her in the back and told her "I was rude ? You rolled your eyes at me and yes I was frustrated but I didn't take it out on you because it wasn't on you. But when I turn my back and my boyfriend sees you rolling your eyes at me then who is in the wrong" I hope that girl gets written up or finds a job better suited for her because the fact she wrote a note the customer saw was so unprofessional and her attitude just sucked. Otherwise Richard was amazing !

    I lived on the west side for years and this used to be my go-to post office. After attending a…read moremeeting on the west side I dropped by to mail a package and was reminded that this is one of the most efficient locations with staff that's on the friendlier side. There's one guy in particular who is super friendly, will explain everything you need to know about pretty much anything, and has worked there for as long as I remember. Every post office needs one of him. Like pretty much every post office I've been in, it's older and a little worse for wear - it's a government entity that does retail (gift cards, envelopes, bubble mailers, etc.) and the emphasis is definitely on the government side of things. At least this location has a lot of windows/skylights so it's nice and bright inside. There is a self-service machine available in the lobby and there are drive-up mailboxes in the parking lot if you're just needing to drop off smaller, pre-stamped items.

    Passport issue : The postal worker helping me with my…read morepassport seemed friendly enough but she did not know what she was doing . She handed me back my birth certificate and never sent this with the passport . She kept asking me if this was my first passport she asked this question excessively approx 10 times . She said there was a problem with my marriage license not having my married name on it . Marriage licenses DO NOT have your married name because name changes are done AFTER you are married ( through social security card reissue which I had and she never asked to see). If passports are going to be required to vote in the future this is a very ineffective way to get one issued. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION for Passports !
