She could see me through the window and pointed upwards at a sign, bopped and weaved her head and said we are closed. I then acknowledge the sign and was just going to ask if all US post offices closed early. She continued to pretend like she couldn't hear me and continued to shout at the top of her lungs "we're closed, we are closed". I then asked her to please not be rude, I just had a simple question. She continued to yell "we're closed" and then had the audacity to tell me "Bye Felicia". The solution would have been to at least get up and come closer to the window especially if she could not hear me. Obviously that would have been too easy and it is clearly not in her job description to be polite. I understand being closed, but I also understand that working for the US Post Office customer service would be at the forefront.

Well I guess the mail was full and my package did not drop all of the way. I knocked on the door just to tell the worker that the package was stuck, she yelled we are closed! (Clearly I know that, I did not want a service, I just wanted to inform her that nobody else could drop off items as the drop box handle was stuck, she sat her smug face behind there and stared and me, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walk away. This location really does not deserve a one-star review. The counter service is great. There is a…read moreguy in there who is always friendly, polite, and courteous. Now when you ask for a supervisor, that is an issue. Someone named "Batiste" said he was a supervisor and tried to assist me. Tried is a stretch from the truth. I wanted to complain because my important mail such as health insurance cards, two $150 gift cards, bank statements, and other mail came up missing. I use the Informed Delivery service so I can preview all mail. It's funny how this mail came up missing and not the mail for the remainder of the week. I gave the post office at least 4 days to see if the mail would arrive-it did not. I explained this to him and asked for the Post Master. He tells me to go online and see who the Post Master is. WTF. Then he starts to say that mail is routed to different post office sorting location. He fails to take any of my information and was laughing like a dumb ass the entire time. By the time I exit the post office, my Ring camera goes off. I look and its the mailman. Now why is he back tracking to my home when he passed an hour prior? Anyway, I hate the service you get when you ask for a supervisor or a Postmaster.

You're heavily encouraged to use the lounge area right next to where the line starts to fill out your forms ahead of time and you will be charged for extra tape. Be sure to note the lunch break and 4 PM closing time as the USPS website will give you a generic 10AM-5PM. For being a one-man team, this spot does a good job. I got there right at 11:30 and shortly thereafter a line of 5 people built up so try to come early or right after his lunch break is over.
