Certified Mail?? Please. It's been slow as molasses and the destination was in Lansing and now it's sitting around in Detroit probably coming back to us because you didn't put out enough postage?? Why don't you relearn your job and stop acting like you know what you're doing when you don't know jack!! You are dealing with delicate documents! That was our taxes lady!!! How would you like having your important documentation being put around in limbo!! Wish I knew your name because I would tell people not to deal with you!! My husband and I are definitely upset and not happy with this location, very unprofessional, very lazy and Definitely incompetent as heck!! Just don't go! Maybe some people actually send it out right but this woman who helped us did not! We should have just done it ourselves! Truly, truly disappointed and upset!! She cut me off before I finished my first sentence then explaining she's a federal employee which I knew that. Then here comes the supervisor just as rude as she was. Maybe even a little bit ruder. Of course there's a heckler in the back. Perhaps she didn't see the whole interaction. I also indicated that the man was rude as well. I indicated I did not understand what I had done wrong and that maybe she needed some help. The line was very long and clearly upset because of her long day. I get treated as the rude one when customer service literally went down the drain the first sentence that came out of my mouth. Then get treated like I'm a racist person when in actuality that had nothing absolutely treating anyone differently because of their race. Being in customer service I would never treat anybody in that manner the way they did.

As an e-commerce business owner I ship everything I can via USPS and through this particular branch. USPS out weighs the competition in price, products, and services. Free shipping boxes and mailers, great business rates, personal service, care in handling packages, etc. I have yet to have a lost or damaged package that was shipped via USPS, and I ship thousands. I cannot say the same about their competition when I occasionally use them for extremely heavy or large shipments. The New Hudson USPS is rather small, but their level of service exceeds all of the dozen or so other post offices I've visited from time to time. I would highly recommend them
