She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. Why don't they appreciate the steady business I bring them, and keep their nosy selves out of my affairs? They try to play detective which comes across as rude! Grand Rapids police and postal staff do nothing to address the situation. PO Boxes only accessible during business hours, not very convenient or customer friendly. No automated shipping kiosk.
