There was a substantial line out the door when I arrived, but it probably only took 15 minutes for me to get up to the counter since they were very well staffed. While I was in line, I noticed that they really offer quite a lot of services I wasn't aware of, including document shredding and printing of posters and mailers. They even have greeting cards. They were also fundraising for Toys for Tots at the counter, and accepting donations for the cause, and I'm always a sucker for a business that supports good causes!

We were told the following excuses: "we have to clock out", "this is a busy location and "we can do a couple of your returns only, because "we have 4 hours of work in the back" "this is a franchise locally owned and we have to clock out at 3pm" the two reps Ignoring the fact that customers were in the store trying to check out, that needed taking care of completely, not just a couple of the packages. I felt rushed and like I didn't matter. I also noticed rudeness towards another customer completing a transaction right before us. Unacceptable. We left ASAP as we will never do business with a company that treats their customers this way. It wasn't even busy! Unbelievable. I'd recommend driving to a different location and avoid this one. Customer service is not their top priority.

That said, my experience here was quick and the service relatively pleasant. The person in front of me with mailing a shoe box size package somewhere via FedEx's overnight service. His bill came to almost $80. He walked out the door, walked back in and asked whether she'd applied his discount, and she said that yes, that was the price after the discount. I seriously considered asking him where he was mailing it to because if it was anywhere in Michigan he could pay me that much and I'd drive it there personally.

On the second drive, 2 days ago, they were literally 2 miles away and drove back. Let's saw of 3rd times a charm. My grandmother's chair arrived a day later than scheduled. I either put in my order online and if it's less than 10 pages I receive my notification that it's ready for pick up in 30 minutes or so. This location also has several computers that you can also use to either look at documents and also print. They are have an email you can use and send them your documents and they'll print them if you do not wish to use the computers. All around a great place for fast prints.

The library has wauved fines during the pandemic, in part because the materials have to be quarantined before they can be checked back in. Please consider wearing a mask at the library, even if you're vaccinated, because so many elderly and immunocompromised patrons rely on the library services and are at extremely high risk of COVID co-morbidities.

Tons of toys and books in an imaginative, brightly-colored space. Couldn't have asked for more. We've only scratched the surface of what is offered here. We'll be back.
