I wanted to report this directly to the post office department but that would take an act of congress or so it seemed. problem: They allow two patrons at the service desk at a time. I saw one person working her tail off while I was completely ignored by the second worker who kept her back to me during the whole time under the pretense of sorting letters from a basket. She never turned around or acknowledge me being there meanwhile the waiting area outside was backed up to max. I would hope that the young lady that was working so very hard did report her or gave her feedback because that was not the service that we are use to getting at this facility. I am sure that I am not the only one who experienced this on that day. I still give them 5 stars for past performances and for the one worker that was working as hard and fast as she could. I went through the appeals process only to be rejected twice. It was the sole opinion of Ron Mahone shift manager at the Peachtree City, GA location who rejected it. You can never speak directly to anyone handling the claim. You can only leave messages regarding the claim with the help desk. I submitted pictures of the monitor before it was shipped & of the packaging & the damaged box. None of that made any difference. They just rejected everything. This experience has been terrible. After this I will never ever use the USPS for shipping anything ever again for myself, my family or my businesses. I wish I could give them NO stars!

Second in importance: The Facility Inside the service area is cleanly and it is limited to three patrons at a time. With everyone waiting social distanced in the lobby area until called. The temperature is well regulated here: Unlike some other post office locations in the area, this one is fully air-conditioned and you'll be comfortable as you wait. Why do I come here? I mainly bring prepackaged mail to ship out and sometimes I come to get shipping supplies for priority mail - this location is usually stocked with whatever I need. Will I be back? Most definitely!

These are NOT listed on the website nor on their hardcopy application as required IDs to reserve a PO Box. I even called the USPS 800 number to confirm. Giving a business' EIN is equivalent to giving them your SSN number to reserve a personal PO box. And if it's used to verify the business, the information is publicly available on the SOS government website that anyone has access to. This needs to be investigated because there's no telling what is being done with confidential business information.

On April 30, 2024, I paid $30 overnight delivery, which had a guaranteed delivery by 6pm May 1, 2024. On Monday, May 6, 2024, the document was not delivered to the recipient. When I returned to the Post Office to inquire of non-delivery, it was discovered that my important document was still sitting on the desk at the College Park Post Office. For SIX days an overnight EXPRESS package sat at the post office, and no one took the duty to ensure the package was sent out. This is BLANTON UNPROFESSIONAL Service!!! The document was a vital matter to my livelihood that needed to be delivered by May 6 and the unprofessional neglect of the postal workers is simply careless and total lazy disregard for the people whom they service.
