I dropped off my phone and went shopping around the Goodwill nearby. About 30 minutes later I came back and he said it may have been dusty and cleaned it off for me. He did it free of charge! He also showed me that it may have been dented and showed me how tilting the charging cord slightly allowed my phone to charge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I returned to the facility to be informed by the manager after having my phone for an hour that they are unable to fix the home screen button. The manager claims that his tech taking my phone apart to fix the camera is not related to the home screen button. I'm aware of the fact that they are 2 different functions. But what I'm explaining to him is the fact that the home screen button was fine until his tech repaired my phone. Holding no accountability I was sent on my way. A $800 phone is useless because of a $60 repair. How is that fair to me as a customer that trusted your facility to repair my phone??
