Turns out appointments mean nothing at the store, phone should be ready in 2 hours. Fine. Come back. Battery installed fine but the phone didn't pass done control panel test. Essentially store broke my working phone. But will order an iPhone11 pro as a replacement for a 90 bucks. BS. I had a working phone and the store killed it. Needed a phone for travel that following Monday. Took 5 trips to store to resolve all the issues. Between the measly 40 dollars in credit they gave me, to the attitude from managers struggling their shoulders. I'm going to be switching to off iPhones after this.

Ross met me when I walked in and put my info into his iPad and said another associate would be with me. Nobody came after a few minutes, so he came back and helped me out. I never actually upgraded my phone before because I usually use my phones until they are totally extinct and worth nothing. Ended up getting more value than I expected. When I was setting up my MacBook, just to be sure it turned on, I was seated at a table with like four or five other people and handed off to Kai, who was floating around from person to person helping them troubleshoot their new products. I was amazed with his efficiency, patience, and friendly attitude. I've not had to take anything in for repairs, so I can't speak to that, but I've been pleased with my two experiences at the Maine Mall. Thanks Ross and Kai!

Together, as my contacts, photos and apps were transferring we discussed all the episodes of "Yellowstone", debated whether Jamie was a good guy or a bad guy, wondered if the boy in the bunkhouse is somehow Rip's son (they resemble each other), and how those that sing on the show do have nice voices. Before you know it, everything was transferred, I had a new phone, a new screen protector, camera protector, case and charging cord. I like to build a good rapport when able, so I find it good. The interior is like any atat store open to change often. This store is a licensed branch not a franchise. Which makes a huge difference in service. Make sure you check what kind of store your going to before hand. Centered on the main road in windom. The store is easy to find. The parking for it is a bit weird but not complicated. If they have the remote control helicopter in store def give it a try. I've the staff take care of a lot a lot of People while I was being helped and they always where kind fast and helpful. They have a bill pay kiosk in store. For any bill transactions you might have. We were customers of Verizon for over 12 years. We recently switched to save some money. Trying to…read moreget the 3 most recent bills was a nightmare. We called and called and they never mailed it. Went into the store and they said they could only print 2. The reason we needed the bills was to for a payout reimbursement from our new company. After trying to get it through the 1800 number I went back to the store and these two awesome young guys printed it off so quickly. Other than that working with Verizon has been awful. They don't care about their customers. Why the first person couldn't print out the 3 bills really perplexes me. They close your account online immediately when you deactivate so there's no way to get the bill there.

I got an "appointment" for thursday and no one showed up. They said they could come the following day, I got text messages stating the technician had arrived, but that wasn't true, then I was notified that the problem was resolved, I checked and that was also not true. I texted back (as instructed!) to notify the company that it wasn't fixed. No answer. I called the support line who stated that the issue was fixed, and that the technician had arrived. I had to strongly suggest that neither of those were true. THey had to create another "ticket" and said that someone would be out at the end of the following week, despite my attempts at escalating the situation. I got a lot of people apologizing and no action. Despite my requests to keep me informed, I checked my internet on Sunday night and it was fixed. No notification at all. And, to top it off, on Monday I got two text messages stating that the technician was arriving at my location! again not true. I have to contact the company again so I don't have to pay for the 5 days I didn't have service. They have big problems.
