I had a first gen iPad mini with a broken screen... after intensive searching stumbled on these guys without a moment to spare! anyone researching having a screen replaced will find the crazy prices (some charge $225!!!) and being located in the lakes region there is no place anywhere closer than Manchester. but at iGuy's I found the lowest price in the state and even though it was no closer to me at least the ride was a heck of a lot more beautiful! I emailed them at 8pm and had a response within a couple hours and Brian was able to fit me in the next afternoon. I dropped it off at the shop and he told me it would take him about an hour and he would give me call as soon as he was on home stretch, which was just enough time to go have lunch and a beer up the road at DeLaney's. with perfect timing I had just asked for the check when he called! the iPad is running top notch, like nothing had ever happened to it. the customer service was amazing and the satisfaction of the customer is their highest priority! awesome job!!! read more

This review is long overdue: I have been going to the iguys for about four years. I trust Bill and Brian implicitly. So much so that I would entrust a bag of uncounted money to them knowing I'll get it back exactly as I entrusted them with it. I have bought several used (6?) iPhones from the iguys: a 6, 6s, several 7s), an iPad, an laptop, and had several others repaired by them. The repairs were perfect. I tried to buy a late model MacBook Air from Bill and Bryan. Instead, they recommended that I not, since my budget made it possible for me to buy a new one from Apple with the extended warranty because it would be cheaper in the long run. I went to see the iguys today to buy an older iMac so I could use an older version of a music recording suite. I saved $600-700 with a simple solution (creating a dual boot disk) that addressed my challenge perfectly. I trust Bill and Bryan for their expertise; but more, I trust them for their integrity. read more

A fear that everyone on the planet with a 3 year old may have, my iPad stopped taking a charge after she ripped it off the charger. I was pretty sad, but decided to get it fixed quick, so I didn't have to cry myself to sleep for too many days. I took it to a shop in Portsmouth, NH, and the guy (Ryan) confirmed that wasn't taking a charge. He said "THIS IS A JOB FOR THE iGUYs!!!" Not really a booming voice, but highly suggested I send it to Brian in Conway. Form is simple to fill out, Bill and Brian were quick to respond. Brian ended up calling me, and getting everything taken care of quickly. The bill way super easy to pay with Apple Pay. Received it back the next day! As I was on vacation in my happy place, I found my iPhone 11 Pro Max bricked after a "failed" overnight update (ios15). I've always had good luck with my iDevices until these last 2 11 pros, so when I found I was bricked 200 miles away from home, no computer and a long drive home, i thought I wouldn't have a phone until vacation was over. The closest Apple store to Conway is about an hour away. Then I found these iGuys after a frantic search! I arrived right when they opened, and within 20 min i had a working phone and only 25 bucks out. Life savers on vacation! I also love how they have consultations that will help you learn how to use your new iDevice! I trust the iGuys implicitly and without reservation. Over that past three years Brian and Bill have repaired three iPhones and one MacBook Air for me. I have bought one iPad mini, two iPhone 7, two iPhone 6s and two iPhone 6. Yeah, I have a large family. They have repaired three phones for me and replaced batteries on several, including the laptop. Yeah, they know me by name and voice, even. Each of the devices I bought from them have worked flawlessly. One iPhone 6 I bought from them stopped working 6 months after the warranty expired. I had a great experience with these guys last week. I live in NY, while my parents live in NH, just a bit north of Conway. Their PC finally died and I wanted to shift them over to Apple. I worked with Bill over the phone a few times to figure out the best option for my parents' needs. He was very helpful, kindly tolerating all of my questions, including the more inane ones. And my parents got a good refurb Mac at a good price out of the deal. I'm also glad, in advance, that my parents will have nearby support in the event that they have any issues. My first review ever has to be about The iGuys Tech Shop. I love them. I had an older iPad that would only pick up the internet if I placed the pad right next to a router. My friend found them close by and I dropped off my iPad with a description of what was happening and in one day I got it back and it was like new. They replaced the antenna, fixed the dents in the corners and reseated the screen. I was told by a technician at the iPad store at the Burlington Mall it can't be fixed. My I phone (work phone) took a swim in the Sacco River for a good 5 minutes. The I guys told me upfront what the costs were, what their limitations might be and that they could ship it to me since I was leaving the next day. True to their word. They were able to restore the phone to everything except the thumb ID and they got it back to me within 48 hours (including a Sunday). On top of that the cost was VERY reasonable. I just signed up for YELP to let everyone know how legit the iguys are. Went skiing all day with a banana and my iPhone 5C in the same pocket. The result was quite messy. The iguys replaced the damaged charger-port and got my phone back to me, working like new, in 24 hrs...reasonably price and timely work.
