After a long talk and info on my brother lap top that's 11 yrs old, we decided to just bite the bullet and buy a new one. So we bought a 16" Max Pro. Steven was easy to talk to and very very patient with me as I didn't know what I was talking about! Steven will delete all the junk off old one and then download rest onto new one this coming week. So we'll see how that goes and I'll post on that as well, but if you're looking for somebody that works on desktops or laptops I highly recommend Stevens PC services, really great guy over the phone, looking forward to meeting him in person this upcoming week...

I stopped in to Small Engine Barn and spoke to the woman there. She advised me to bring it in and they would see what could be done. I know this is a busy time for them. I received a call saying my mower was ready. I was advised they were able to slow it down some and make it easier to start. They were also very reasonable charging for this service. I brought it home and tried it and it was terrific. I was able to easily start and actually walk behind it instead of running. Oh by the way, I am 75 years old. Thank you Small Engine Barn.

I would have gladly paid the money to be treated with the care and concern he showed me. Thank you so much Dave.

His prices are fair and he's beyond thorough! Communicated very well and was very detailed in what needed to be done. I won't bring anything with strings that I own to anyone else from here on out.
