I have to say that he wanted to make everything right with me on that negative experience and I told him that he already had. With success comes growth and with growth comes issues. I know that most issues are people issues. In the end, I am fully accepting his apology and explanation. Reluctantly, we agreed a fourth time to proceed with the repair, only to be told that the original part would not work and that a more expensive part was now required. After that, several more weeks passed, and 3-4 messages were left with no response. When we finally spoke with Dylan in Tech, he placed the blame on us and denied that we had made multiple attempts to contact them. This lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business and will not use them again. We have since contacted another computer repair business in Laconia, and the difference in professionalism and respect has been night and day.
