I heard the assistant say she had another job to be at, and yet she still called several after hr repair places on the weekend, and inky one was willing to come. This tenant yelled at the assistant, tking her she herself either had to fix it or wait with her things all night (!) The assistant then called her higher management, and neither the manager or her district manager were willing/able to come on site. This tenant even asked me to help roll down her door (I was wearing a cast!) This tenant even called police and lied to the assistant, telling her police says she had to stay with her items and were sending a patrol response lol, yet when the assistant called SPD they told her the dispatcher in fact told the tenant they don't get involved in tenant problems and weren't sending anyone. The tenant was very verbally aggressive, and the assistant still remained professional. All I know is I saw her tell the tenant she wanted to help, had to get to another job, and the tenant was welcome to stay with her things til the technician arrived. This tenant was the one behaving in a horrible, threatening manner.

It took a lot of pushing for me to even get the contact information for the main manager. There were multiple (unexplainable) damages & a check engine light on within less than 24 hours of me test driving the car & purchasing it. According to them, the damages were already there. There is no truth in that statement, as these damages are extremely visible & I very intricately looked over the vehicle before deciding to return the next day & purchase it. Upon looking in the contract after the purchase, I saw a $1,700 warranty that I declined, was added to my contract. I was told I could purchase roadside assistance for $100 (which I did). When I went back to the dealership to speak with the manager, he told me roadside assistance was not available, unless I kept the $1,700 warranty. He read through every page of the warranty, saying *everything* listed was covered... when I had my mechanic look it over, the first page is the list of what is covered. All of the other pages are what it does *not* cover. If it was an option, I would rate them zero stars. I highly recommend not getting involved in any way whatsoever with this dealership, as you will have to fight tooth & nail to get anything accomplished through them. They are fraudulent, unprofessional & clearly do not care about their customer's satisfaction. Please do not choose to give your business to this dealership.

The guy who was pulling them even told me showed me how to swap out future parts that I needed. They spent a long time searching for the exact size spare tire I needed and were even going to mount one on a spare rim If they couldn't find one. Just when I thought that It couldn't get any better, the guy at the front counter told me the price of everything including the spare tire and wheel: WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to. I in fact payed that price for a only a couple of parts that were smaller at other wrecking yards. Overall, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are very inexpensive. The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). When we went to hook up the trailer we realized that we were missing the electrical hookup on our Sprinter Van. It was already 1:30pm on Saturday. We were afraid we were going to have to leave and come back again. But George the technician saved us by wiring a temporary setup that got everything working. He was amazing. When I spoke to Leon and told him our dilemma he immediately found a van that was an hour and a half away and got it there a day early for us .
