We needed a inexpensive option to move a fridge from house to house. I found the 4x7 online with Uhaul for $15. When I got there it was empty and was helped by Heather. She got me setup with a flat 4 plug converter, appliance dolly and trailer for cheap. She helped me get a trailer with a ramp gate (motorcycle trailer). It worked great and easy. Trailer was light enough I could maneuver manually without the truck. I dropped it off early morning next day and the whole process took me 5 minutes. See, I constantly go to this specific store for my U-Haul needs because I actually enjoy my shopping and storage experience here. The store is pristine, it's spacious; you leave the place feeling luxurious and good. That's why I even feel compelled to leave a review because my latest encounter with them is so jarring. It started out so well, the renting process was pleasant and easy (just like how it's always been for me). I got in there and rented this truck that I needed to move my personal belongings, the process went smoothly. It took me a lot more time to complete my work so I had been extending my rental and paying it over the phone, but then when I returned the truck, they left a voicemail stating that I still owe them the total charges that I already paid for. Not a single penny that was charged from my bank account was accounted for by U-Haul's system. And so I called right away to get the issue fixed, but despite the helpful information the company helpdesk gave me, I was redirected back to the employees of this branch. When talking to them, they only pretended to assist me because they have "an hour away" to closing. I mean, who takes 10 minutes to pull up an account? Meanwhile, I can hear them chatting to each other in the background, taking their sweet time. That whole time we didn't even get to fix the issue. They didn't even actually try to help fix the problem, just deflecting the actual issue on hand. In the end, they just told me to call back the manager the next day since he would have "more knowledge of how to fix the issue." So to this day, my account with U-Haul has a negative balance left to it, plus they still haven't corrected my final itemized bill to begin with! The employees helping me there left a bad taste in my mouth and now my account looks bad in the eyes of the company (and in mine!!!) read more

So glad I took a leap of faith and stopped by this location. I didn't want to go because of how far out it was, but it was just the help I needed for today. Shout out to Marisa for all the information and support she provided me today. I traveled to this location today to check out a u-haul box container to support my move but I wanted to ensure the size was just right for all my items before purchase, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I let Marisa know my fears of driving the U-Haul truck as it would be my first time but she ensured I would be okay. She encouraged me and assessed what items I would be bringing, provided tips, and let me inspect the truck to ensure I would be comfortable for my scheduled pick up. To add I was in search of empty boxes and I had no clue they had some free used ones available for me to take. All in all service was great, I'm now saving so much more money, and super blessed to have been helped by Marisa! Thank you again for your knowledge, sense of urgency and support today. Avoid this uhaul at all cost the manager migal untrained to do his job made appoinment 2 weeks ahead of time to have hitch installed, worker didnt show up to install, manager migal took my car back to install himself came back and said we dont have the right hitch after ordering it 2 weeks earlier we i became uoset he began to laugh and became abusive about it he shiuld not have his job with this kind of customer sevice skills read more

We needed a unit last min and found this location. Easy pick up process, was helped along each step of checking in. Only took 5-10 min from walking in to leaving with a truck. Drop off process could not have been any easier as well. The service here definitely helped relieve my fiancé's stress from moving. read more

I can't begin to say enough good things about this U-Haul location. We recently rented a trailer for an out of state move and had a plethora of questions. Each one was kindly and completely answered and helpful suggestions were offered. The. 6 x 12 unit was clean and well maintained. The value was very reasonable but the gold is the staff. Krystyna was a true representation of good customer service. Adam, was fantastic, hitching up our trailer, double checking each step and offering info to make our trip easier. The manager Khristina is rude! She has no customer service skills and needs to learn how to do business. If your store hours are your open till 7 pm on your website, you might want to have a open sign on your office and here is a real quick tip, when someone comes to pay their unit and you tell me you don't have change, and you're clearly pissed off you had to open your cash drawer. Ummm it's your job, to take payments, why would you not have a cash drawer ready to collect money? It's 5:30 and you close at 7 pm? Weird, I always made sure I had a cash drawer so I could take payment any make change. Also did you know Khristina doesn't have a boss?! Or so she says, when I asked for her boss's name. So because she closed down earlier than she was supposed to I had to go out of my way to go get change for her laziness. Get better Khristina! read more

Very nice facility. It's brand new or at least looks brand new. I moved from Sacramento and got here at 6:10 pm inside closes at 7 and yard at 10pm. I did the online move in and it was fine, when I got here I checked in anyway, a girl was coming outside on her way to another task and stopped to ask if ever was ok. She advised me where to go and off I went. Then she went on her way. So customer service was great so far. The storage unit was new and locks provided for my move. Excellent. I reserved an 10x20x8 I was actually very happy that they gave me two 10x10's I put furniture in one and boxes in the other with room to spare. Unloading was a breeze with the drive up access. Gates were secured. I left after dark so I saw all the lighting. Rv storage looked ample and it was covered. From what I saw of the inside it looked clean and cool. They had quite a few trucks also, at least when I take my stuff out they will have some to rent. Yes it's a little out of the way but it's a really nice facility with plenty of space. Well worth it. In my opinion. Plenty of room to maneuver larger trucks. read more

It's very hard to get an Uber or Lyft to come pick you up here, once u return the truck. Once I returned the truck it took 3 hours for an Uber to come pick me up here. I had a flight that I missed because I didn't know it was going to take 3 hours to get an Uber up here. Then once I got to the airport all flights were full for the day so I had to pay an extra $150 for a hotel to fly out the next day. I even tried taxis but they were all on an hours long waiting list. I guess that's not this places fault but they need to put a sign on the door or let ppl know that if they're planning on using Uber, lyft, taxi to get home that they're not going to be able to. Cuz I wouldn't have rented from here if I knew it would be impossible to get transportation from this location. This place is 10 miles north of Reno and the rideshare and taxi services don't want to come out here. The main issue with this place is after I had sat there and waited 2 hours for a rideshare to come get me I asked if I could rent a truck for another day and I asked how much it would be to drop the truck off in reno. The red headed girl was rude and she said "I can't rent u this truck if you're not going to bring it back to this location" I told her thats not what I said I was asking how much it would be. Very unprofessional and I will be writing to corporate and let them know of my experience with this location. read more
