So I called Sweets RV Service. He's an older gentleman and was very nice and explained everything to me as he went along. It only took him 15 minutes to find the problem. He said it was a bad or broken neutral wire or something in the parks power pedestal and that it was the parks responsibility so they should reimburse me for the service call. He wrote a detailed explanation on his work order for me. I turned it into the manager and was reimbursed for the bill. I can't thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was in the area anyway, so I didn't mind stopping by here, especially after my positive experience the other day at their Carson City location, which has serviced me twice. As it turns out, their office was neat, and the employee at the desk for courteous and professional. Everything, including their tow yard, was clean. There was a comfy sitting area inside, to the right. They only had one vacant parking space at the office, but they probably do not get a lot of customers anyway. I found out they hold their auctions right at their tow yard on the last Thursday of the month, except this month (April). The employee told me their Carson City office has them the last Wednesday of each month. She gave me a brochure, and I was happy. That was it. I don't have much else to report here, but I got what I needed and was satisfied with my experience here.

Not only was I not in the system and had never received a call, but after leaving my number again for a callback to schedule the work, I still never heard from them. I ended up going to the dealer and paying out of pocket to have the work done by someone I actually trust.

Long overdue review! After six months with no auto defects, I think I can give a proper review on…read morethe services received at A1! Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!

The lady behind the counter said she would grab someone else and seemed to dismiss the $300 charge once I told her I wasn't paying that simply for an estimate. I was parked on 21st Street, completely against the curb, not over the white line or blocking traffic. My damage was on the right side so the estimator would have stood on grass not in the street. The only way out of their back lot was to back out, relying on an employee to stop traffic in both directions. Guess what, if something happened who is at fault? Sorry, but I am not trusting them to direct traffic. If anything happened, it would be the person driving, not directing traffic who is at fault. Another thing, not only is parking atrocious, but be prepared to be yelled at by the homeless. They obviously have an issue as you must be buzzed in the front entrance. Save yourself the trouble and just go elsewhere. They operate like they don't need your business and are the only shop in town. If they won't accommodate you for parking, imagine how the repairs or any conflicts will be handled.
