The line was extremely long and moved glacially slow. Place is way understaffed. Rates are outrageous. Never using again

Quick friendly service... unlike I've EVER experienced at a U-Haul. This particular store seems to be the exception, not he tule.

I ended up needing a new tank since ours was so old but they have some on site to buy. I'm thankful for their safety measures and transparency in cost up front so I could make an informed decision.

Enter turn and burn propane at my beloved shoe spoon brewing Company. I pulled up to the propane tank and another customer was waiting just ahead of me so they'd already pressed the little button and the attendant was on their way. They arrived quickly with a smile on their face and rapidly filled the other customers tanks and then turn their attention to me in the meantime, while filling the other tanks, the attendant spoke to me and gave me directions to unload. Mine placed them in a row and that he'd get to them right after finishing with the first customer and that he did. Their station fills tanks very quickly, and the attendant was incredibly friendly and conversational too. It's really nice that they have the ability to take credit card payment right there at the pump saves you a step from going inside and everything is handled lickety-split. I truly cannot recommend this station enough for anyone in the South Reno area or for anyone headed south on 580 for a camping trip. They will have you in and out in no time.

Recently on Yelp, they popped up when I was looking for somebody who could help me do a recertification on my rv propane tanks, as well as fill them - it was a weekend & they were able to do that too! SCORE! The older gentleman who did the recert and filled my tanks also taught me something about how to measure the levels bc the gauges are often wrong. Super rad - always appreciate helpful tips. They also often have the least expensive gas & diesel prices. Have been coming here 18+ years between trips off the hill, I live in Tahoe. I will continue to come here - Thank You!

Growing up, my Father and Grandfather owned and operated an APCO station in Estherville, Iowa, hence my tendency to review every gas station I come across. Gasoline is a commodity, so things like price, clean restrooms (as applicable), and convenience are my key interests in what is usually an unremarkable customer experience. Hence, a 3 Star "A-OK" rating is the most common. That's what this Pacific Gasoline Station received then and right now. I have filled up several times since the review, and what I wrote remains true today. So yesterday, I'm attending a Genoa Western Heritage Day event, look at my phone, and see that a comment had been added to my review. I've pasted it in below, and I'll have to say that it's rare to be personally attacked that way for a middle-of-the-road "A-OK" review. Looking at similar (and lower) Yelp reviews, it appears that I'm not the only one in this "owner's" crosshairs, who might not take such realistic comments well. Since this is a self-serve station and he/she isn't normally around to police customer experiences, I'll be sending knowing smiles and optimism his/her way every time I fill up. SMH. "Our business does not cater to the entitlement that you clearly displayed here in your review. Being a customer does not give you a right to patronize businesses because your ego has less than accommodating expectations. All businesses should be vigilant towards narcissistic customers like you. Thank you for saving our customers from the grief you carry around with you by passing on by."

Single Sink Sweet Maple Bath Vanity with White Engineered Stone Top (Assembled) - Sweet Maple ($379) The hubby is remodeling our downstairs bathroom in Tahoe. Unfortunately there aren't many places close by that sell vanities, so we headed to the Home Depot in Carson City. Would have tried to get this delivered, but our last experience with HD involved the delivery company calling us saying they only deliver every other Thurs. And we are never in Tahoe on Thursdays. Then they tried to reschedule the same week after we arranged to be up there on a Thurs. In the end, we did finally get what we ordered, but it was super delayed and a hassle. We had looked at vanities at another HD location and decided to purchase the one above. It was just a matter of finding it and loading it onto the cart. It is all one piece, so if you have someone weak like me helping you take it down some stairs, you cannot remove the top. We found the easiest way was to turn it on it's side so I could grasp and hold onto the legs. Tho it did give me a splinter thru my gloves. A fine location. I just wished there was one closer to Tahoe. REVIEW #3613

He refused to get up from his seat and then said he would have gotten off the phone earlier if he would have seen the line! Our company spends over a half of a million dollars a year with Home Depot. It has gotten worse to be a pro member than a regular customer. I hope corporate tries to re vamp their system and fixes some of these problems. I'm still now in line behind a non pro member and he is helping them now!! With flooring for their camper. I have a job to do and I value my time as much as the people re flooring their camper!!! I think they also wholesalers to other propane companies. They offer a great incentive to switch and their prices for propane has been the best that I have researched. This all started when a neighbor was approached by High Country with services starting in our area and what was being offered. They presently offer two tank sizes, 250 gallon or 500 gallon; with my prior provider, I requested a larger tank but kept getting refused because according to their calculations, I did not warrant it, but of course when I needed a refill, it was when propane prices were at the highest and I felt I had a leak in the system because I couldn't account for all the gas use since I'm not a big user. According to their calculations, my usage was in line, well lo and behold, the new provider found a leak in the system, guess I was right on my usage, so I b paid a lot for leaking gas and tte former provider did not find the leak. High Country propane has some pretty great people working for them and they seem to look out for your best interest like a program called "summer savings ", where the top you off when the rates are lower before the dreaded rate hike in the dead of winter and you don't need to call them when your tank runs low because they have a "smart meter" that alerts them automatically when your fuel gets low. I wish them great success now that they are expanding in my local area.

Asked to speak with management, no call back for 5 days, tried calling on the 5th day, transferred 4 times, on hold for over an hour, just went an canceled service. Going to buy a tank so no worries.
