The smoke in the restaurant is less than it is in the casino, as far as smaller casinos go, the smoke wasn't super bad. We got seated and drink orders taken. I see they have a prime rib special available 7 days a week for $16.99, not just on Friday's and Sat. like some other casino restaurants, plus, you don't have to wait till 4pm either, available at 11am seven days a week! I went with that, medium rare please. Someone else ordered the breakfast, "Little Star", basically a standard 2 egg with hashbrowns and toast and sausage for $7.99. One of the crew ordered the "Wrangler" burger, a double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings in the burger, served with fries. For appetizers, we got the onion rings and the loaded potato skins. The food all arrives and everything looks scrumptious. My Prime Rib was a decent size cooked as ordered, served with a baked potato. The appetizers were good, I actually like the loaded skins with the melty cheese and bacon. The onion rings were a smallish portion, but I guess it was just $4.99 so there's that. The Wrangler burger was quite a sight! He said the meat was real good and seemed like bigger than the two 1/4 pound patties on the menu. I'd come back here again, this is a new revamped menu from years ago.

IF and only IF have 100 points, age 50+ get a free meal or 50% off the main menu at the Grille from 12pm-3pm each Wednesday. They let the Reno July 4th parade participants use their parking lot. CONS It's owners and management make the mafia of old look like amateurs. Have to gamble to get 100 points for age 50+ "discount". Understaffed. What staff they have is overworked. Second-hand cigarette smoke filled restaurant. Which is an overwhelming negative for non-smokers and elderly such as us as smell and taste and health are always compromised by cigarette smoke. A deadened sense of smell and taste are well-documented with secondhand cigarette smoke exposure, as is shortness of breath for non-smokers. Their Military and retired Veterans discount is ONLY for active duty and retired Veterans. ONLY about 17% of U.S. Veterans are U.S. military retirees. The vast majority of the other 83% of U.S. Veterans were discharged through no fault of their own like medically discharged, or through a draw-down, or were unlawfully forced out by the current Republican administration because of their female gender or LGBTQ+ orientation or alleged "low" testosterone. I know some of the latter who had HONORABLY Served 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, even19 years in the U.S. military, who were DENIED retirement. P.S. The food here is mostly burgers and hot dogs and fries and even fried chicken strips. The have soda and beer available. If you like a real drink, go to the bar next door. What got me was the prices! For a single 1/4 lb burger it just $6.99 including a whole mound of fries! Adding cheese is just a buck more and adding another 1/4 lb patty is just another buck ... so like a 1/2 pound Double cheeseburger with fries for just $8.99! Hell, yeah, bring it on! I got 5 orders of double cheese burgers with fries for me and my crew and drinks too. They have Modelo beer for just $3.50 a bottle! The menu is posted online, just scroll past the restaurant menu to the Snack Bar menu. We all enjoyed munching down on the burgers and fries. Those burgers are huge, about the diameter of a BK Whopper, but more filled with real meat! Lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles included. There's a ton of great fries with each order too! I'm not a bowler myself, I just know you roll the ball and you get two chances to knock all the pins down. Prices seem reasonable (like I might know) and they have shoes to rent as well. There's 32 lanes and it's not crowded. What I do like is the snack bar. They have great burgers and super reasonable prices. There's a full bar available too, so if you want a scotch on the rocks or a Cosmo while you play, there you go. It's good there's no smoking in here too. It's kinda loud in here when there's a lot of people bowling. Lots of good seating with good swivily chairs. I'll review the snack bar separate as it food and not bowling. We all had a good time and my guys and one other girl were happy, so I'm happy.

The good news is we finally made it to South Lake Tahoe. So, all is well. The pool is indoors. It looks dated as the whole resort does. But it's still nice. The water is cool, but not cold like it is at the lake. They had a lifeguard on duty while we were here. The outdoor space is really run down. Someone also needs to work on the landscape as it's over run by weeds. The room is dated. We do like it for the size and location. It doesn't have an odd smell to it. It doesn't smell old or stale so that is good. It is a very good size room. The 2 queen option was cheaper then the king do we got it. The downside of the room is they don't have a loveseat or couch to sit and watch tv. They do have a single desk chair. The gym is good, we didn't use it, but it is a good size and many pieces of equipment. They even have a recumbent bike which my husband loves. They have one restaurant on site. A diner of sorts that serves all day long. Including bottomless mimosas for brunch, happy hour tacos, and a special $19.99 or approximately priced prime rib dinners. We've eaten there. Nothing special, but works. For us location really matters. We want to be close to the Heavenly village and South of North.

On top of that, they charge a $25 parking fee, an additional resort fee, and the casino slots felt extremely tight. To make matters worse, the elevator wasn't working, which made getting around the property even more frustrating. When you're already paying resort and parking fees, you expect better service, functioning facilities, and an overall experience that feels worth the money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. Overall, very disappointing and not a place I would be in a hurry to return to.

It's is the very best corn dog I have ever had! He has a family secret recipe that makes his corn dogs so amazing! I usually have at least three during the week!!! If you're at the HAN Atlantis car show be sure to stop by and try one, believe me you will thank me later! This year the summit racing move their booth over to the Atlantis, if you're looking for it. The Atlantis has show & shines with great prizes money, cruising, bands and entertainment always great! Fun things for the kiddo's and craft booth's galore. My cousins picked this location because they are members of a group who used this chain of hotels and casinos often. I personally am not attracted to gambling , so I don't frequent this type of hotel. As I said the rooms were nice, but this hotel caters to the gambling crowd. My cousins got their rooms on comp, because they gamble here so often and that is great, but if you are not a heavy gambler and you are not getting a free room I cannot recommend the Atlantis.

What should have been a restful night turned into a nightmare…read more Around 3:00 a.m., the toilet in our room suddenly overflowed due to a failing valve, according to engineering. I had to stop the flooding myself, getting soaked in dirty water contaminated with urine and feces. Reaching anyone for help was nearly impossible--the front desk and operator didn't answer, and housekeeping took 10 minutes to pick up. After engineering temporarily repaired the toilet that was on its way out, housekeeping barely cleaned the bathroom. They wiped up the visible mess with towels but never mopped or disinfected the area, despite us traveling with children and a baby. I went down to speak with the front desk manager, Kayla Smith at 5:00 a.m. after losing an entire night's sleep, the only compensation she offered was some resort credit. I asked for a late checkout so we could at least get some rest, but I was told the hotel was "fully booked" and couldn't accommodate the request. On a Monday, that explanation was difficult to believe and felt like an excuse rather than a genuine attempt to help. Beyond the great location, the property feels old, poorly maintained, and unclean. Between the lack of responsiveness, inadequate cleanup, and poor customer service, I can't recommend staying at Harrah's Lake Tahoe. There are better options nearby.
