When I looked them up online, I found out they are the same company now. I chose the one closest to me and made an appointment online. I was also able to apply for their credit card which had a couple of bonuses attached to it. I get six months to pay since I spent over the limit they set and there's no interest. I arrived first thing in the morning and wait for them to open the doors. I told him I had an appointment and when they asked what I needed done I explained that I was looking to get pads and rotors all around on my vehicle. They took all the information on my vehicle and gave me a quote. I gave them the keys and told them I would wait for the vehicle. I was able to see them working on my vehicle while I was waiting. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours before my vehicle was ready. I was able to easily pay using the new card and received some discounts. So far everything seems well done. Everyone I encountered who worked there was friendly and professional. They were very straightforward with everything and I am satisfied with the service they did. The price for the job was in line with what I expected to pay.

Tire Kingdom usually has a $50 full synthetic oil change, but I'm suspicious. I think Tire Choice is the most expensive at about $120 if you don't have a coupon for full synthetic. Then you have Tires Plus who charge like $97 for synthetic. At those tire shops, you can be waiting up to four hours, just to get your oil change because they do other services and you need to wait your turn. That's why moving forward I'm always gonna go to Valvoline oil change.

I purchased a Weber grill and wanted the free setup and delivery that comes with an Ace Rewards membership. The app stated I needed to choose the Conway location for delivery. On Monday, I was contacted by John to schedule the delivery. I was provided various time periods and I selected the 2-4pm slot. Around 2:30pm, Justin arrived and provided 5-star delivery service. Not only did he deliver the grill off the truck and to my garage, but he also asked if I wanted him to install the propane tank to the grill. He demonstrated various other parts of the grill such as the match lighting attachment (if ever needed) and the knob in the back that holds the propane tank in place. Justin turned on the burners and recommended I complete a one-time burn off of any residue from the manufacturing oils, preventing them from flavoring the food when using the grill for the first time. He went above and beyond in my opinion as part of the delivery process. The Conway Toole's is lucky to have him! Based on my experiences with both the Orange Avenue and Conway locations, I can say Toole management knows how to hire qualified and exceptional team members. Their business practices support my belief that Toole's is so much better than those big box hardware stores when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I was put on hold and they never came back in the line... I called again and spoke to a woman who claimed she was the store manager.. who basically told me broken or not, it doesn't matter I'd still had to pay $200+ for another one and that it's just wear and tear... (meaning every year I'd have to buy another one based on how poorly they were made considering how overpriced it was). She mentioned that I could also take a risk by buying it on Amazon but that they only reprogrammed their keys only. No help. Shit service and poor client retention skills!!! They need to do better!

For a senior citizen... it is 100 times easier to sell your car to CarMax than wrestle with selling it yourself on Facebook Marketplace. You CAN sell your car on Facebook Marketplace.. however you will be getting 100 percent of the scams and 100 percent of the hassle and 100 percent of the time wasters. When you are older....time is an issue. You sell the damn car for as much as CarMax will buy that car from you and take that check. Love CarMax for selling a car... not necessarily buying a car.

Well, this review is a long time coming, but I've been dealing with so much from this place this is…read morefinally the first opportunity I've had to sit and write down the entirety of what transpired. In 2022 I really needed a car and had found a vehicle I was interested in at this particular Carmax. I stopped in after work to take a look at it and basically wasn't even greeted or acknowledged for over an hour. Finally, I had to get up and get someone to come help me and while they weren't mean to me, they weren't exactly friendly either. Buying the car was pretty seamless and easy. I did end up getting the extended warranty, which by the way, I highly recommend if you have the displeasure of doing business with this place, bought the car and went on my merry way. Less than a week after I bought the car I started having issues with the transmission sticking so as the sales person had mentioned to me as long as I brought the car back within 30 days they would do any repairs free of charge so that's what I did. I kept telling them what was going on with the transmission and I kept being treated like a stupid woman repeatedly and was told that the transmission fluid only needed to be changed. Long story short that ended up not being the case and a couple months down the line I was driving on I-4 and my transmission completely stopped working, I couldn't shift and I was lucky enough to get onto the shoulder so that my car could be towed away back to Carmax. I of course, was very angry over the situation and insisted because I had already brought the car in for this problem and they wouldn't take me seriously that they take care of fixing this problem and it shouldn't be on my dime. Well I did have a manager reach out to me, her name was Jessica and she told me that because it was documented that I already brought the vehicle in for this issue that they were going to take care of it and give me a loaner car for the duration of the repair. I said great and I was able to come in and get a loaner car and they were just going to do what they needed to do with my vehicle. This whole ordeal took about six months of them, trying to do everything they could to not replace the transmission in my car, but of course it ended with them just replacing the transmission because the problem was not getting better without doing that. So after I thought everything was good and I could wash my hands of this, I picked up my car and went on my way. Well, less than a year down the line my engine gave out and I kind of thought well this is a big repair but I have the extended warranty so shouldn't be a big deal. The car got towed to Carmax, which then they took it to the Ford dealership and that's when I was informed that the transmission repair that was done on my vehicle a year prior was done by using money from my extended warranty, and I didn't have enough left in the extended warranty to cover the engine replacement needless to say I was extremely angry because none of this was ever made clear to me. I've gone through every email to see if it was something that I had missed in the fine print and there was nothing mentioned of this. Carmax in particularly the manager, Jessica scammed me yet again and I was extremely upset over the situation. So after going back-and-forth with them and their legal department for a long time I finally just really needed my car back and I paid the difference and just let it be what it was. I can tell you for 100% certainty that I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that's any of their locations and I highly recommend to everyone else that they don't either. To this day,I still tell all of my friends and family about the horrible experience that I had here and how I was treated and I just can't in good conscience recommend that anyone buy a car from here because I can promise you it will be nothing but a headache.

We went today for the battery in my car, which had been replaced by the dealer last year. The Auto Zone rep tested it and said the battery was ok; he then noticed that the connectors for the alternator were extremely loose.
