I recently found Tire Kingdom online and selected tires for my Dodge charger. The cost online out the door was $586. A great price for sure. Better than Discount Tire online. Once I got there and my tires were swapped out the manager gave me a bill for $791! I showed her online the cost and she said that didn't include tax and labor! We debated it for about 5 or 10 minutes and I told her no problem just take the tires off my car and put the old ones back on . She finally said she would take $100 off but I still paid more than $100 over what the price was online. Don't go to this place find an honest Tire business to deal with. read more

As I walk in I was immediately greeted by Nelson. As I explain my needs for new tires Nelson granted me the best deal and price before I finished talking. Before coming here I went to Walmart and Firestone near the area and did some research when I showed Nelson he ask me "what was my best deal so far?" He took the time to explain me the difference between each tire with pro and cons. We compared Goodyear Viva 3, Firestone Champions and Sumitomo HTR and He definitely got me a better deal because non of the estimates before had Alignment included and they got a coupon for 3 tires and the 4th one free. First time going to this location for an emergency tire replacement as my back tires were leaking air. I called for an appt and when I showed up, AJ and Joe looked out in a huge way. They found me a great deal for 2 tires and also replaced my worn down lug nuts. I didn't realize they were bad and that could of hurt me if I had to swap out a tire on the highway. If I could give this place no stars I most certainly would without hesitation. I brought my car in to get serviced last week as I had a flat tire and needed an alignment. I had been to this location prior and experienced ridiculous wait times; however, I decided to go back simply because it's conveniently located. I left the car and told the gentleman to call me once the car was ready for pick up. After 5+ hours I get the call to pick up the car and so I head on over. When I arrived the car was still not ready and waited nearly 45 minutes for it. I drove my car out and after traveling over a certain speed I started to notice that my car was still going to one side which it was doing before I got the alignment, or so I thought. After a few days my brother drove my car and told me that I needed an alignment. I called Tire Kingdom back and explained to the guy what was going on and he said that their machine might've not worked the day that I got it serviced... So I paid for an alignment that I didn't get!?! He told me that I can bring it back in whenever to get the alignment. Yesterday I made the HUGE mistake of telling my mother where I got my tire without telling her about my experience. Without letting me know she was going she took her car in to get all 4 tires replaced and they charged her over $1,000. Today she calls me that her car is showing that one of tires needs air and the others had too much. I called for her, as she doesn't speak English very well, and the guy just said bring the car back in whenever and we'll fix it. No apology -- no type of customer service. Just bring it in and that's it. By the time I gathered some words to tell him he had already hung up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs if you can!! read more

Poor customer service and the lady at the desk didn't seem to care to help as she was on her phone. I scheduled an appointment for my car and when I got to to the place they told me that the guy that does alignment left for the day. They didn't call me to let me know he left early, I wasted my time and gas. When I got there the lady that was there didn't even acknowledge me. They told me I was rescheduled for the following day and that I would get a confirmation email but I never did, I bet you the lady did not even booked my appointment. The only reason why this store is getting a one start is because of the good customer service from the lady at the front desk. This location at the Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando is a very unsafe place to bring your car for maintenance. I got a simple wheel balancing and tire rotation service done, but not one of those was done correctly. The tires on one side of the car were not rotated, the one security lug nut in each tire was not even hand tight which I found out later when I stopped for gas and check each one of my tires. The balance of the tires was improperly done which created a vibration on the steering wheel. All of these are a very serious safety issue that can cause an accident and the lost of life on the road. Very unprofessional, inexperience, unethical, and untrained group of mechanics. If you want to feel safe on the road, do not bring your car to this location. The next day I went to a different location and everything was corrected. read more

I went in to this Tire Kingdom for a basic oil change and left because of the shady sales tactics. I was told that my car couldn't have a conventional oil change and I had to opt for the more expensive synthetic option. I have been a client of Tire Kingdom in different areas previously and never had this happen. When I contested, the saleswoman tried to play it off like she was doing me a service by putting conventional oil in my car. Used to be real good but lately the level of service has fallen off. I have had them try to sell me service I didn't need (brakes). For a flat repair they are great. In the past they would price match from a web page print out. Now they wanted a printed quote from the other store - at that point I'll just buy my tires at the competition. I had a screw in my tire and stopped by Central Toyota and they told me it would take 3 hours to do it if they could. I didn't have time to wait on a gamble for 3 hours, so I declined and went on to the tire kingdom because I have dealt with the Toyota place before for something minor and was up sold for 1500 dollars and I thought that after they had my vehicle they would say the tire was unfixable and try to get me to buy a tire. The screw was about an inch or more. So I was going to get a second opinion and glad I did. Tire kingdom was great, Christian looked at it said no problem. Niño was fast and I was out in 45 minutes. My minivan suffered a blowout on the Florida Turnpike. It had to be towed, and the tow operator suggested this Tire Kingdom location. The was loaded with luggage, for a return to Illinois for the summer. The van was put up on a lift and the undercarriage was badly damaged. The Manager and the employees were very helpful in a number of ways. They helped me contact my insurance company to get authorization to rent a replacement and fix the car. Then to contact an auto rental to get a minivan to continue the trip, and then a body shop to do the repairs. While waiting for the body shop to take the van, the manager had two employees help me move all my luggage and boxes from my van to the rental van. For the inspection, help in the logistics, and all the help in moving luggage, the manager, Milton Pierea did not accept compensation, even though I offered to pay. This was a superb example of excellent customer service to a stranger passing through town. If I return to Orlando in the future and need tire work, this organization will be my choice. read more

i am completely unsatisfied. my opening sales associate priced three options of a set of tires for me which was nice, but he failed to add the alignment to the quote. in addition, he stated that it would only take two hours to complete, and it actually took 3 and a half. after returning to the store to pick it up, the opening associate stated that it'll take about another 20 mins and then the closing associate stated it will be done before closing. but it was another hour and a half, and then it was also nice that the mechanics stayed after 30 min of closing to complete my alignment. as a customer, i selected the best, most expensive quote, agreed to additional alignment fee. and since there was a sales deal, they did not honor military discount on top of the tire discount, which is all fine. i am disgruntled at the fact that the tires did not last for 12 hours, the very next morning, there was a flat on my brand new continental front passenger tire. read more

If I could give a rating less than 1 star, I would. I replaced all four of my tires at this location and paid extra for the Road Hazard Warranty. Less than a month later, I receive a warning that I have low tire pressure. I call Tire Kingdom asking to take my car in to be checked and spoke with Stephen, a sales associate. Stephen tried to convince me that it was just the weather (which I knew it wasn't being that the weather had been consistent/sunny for weeks). When I brought my car in to be checked and was greeted by Stephen he replied with, "Yeah, you called. I told you it was just the weather". A mechanic eventually checked my car and told me that the tire had too much air in it and was triggering the low tire pressure warning. Doesn't make much sense, but okay? Two days later, I get another warning...go figure, low tire pressure. I return to Tire Kingdom for a second time now, they fill the tire with air and "hook it up to their system". Once again, two days pass - low tire pressure. I visit Tire Kingdom for the THIRD time now. They finally removed and inspected my tire and there's a nail lodged into the side of it. I drove my car around for almost a week with a nail in it due to their misdiagnosis. Despite the fact that they misdiagnosed my tire situation repeatedly and I paid for a warranty, they now expect for me to pay for the tire and mounting fee ($75+). I am extremely unsatisfied with the accuracy and customer service I've received at this location. Do yourself a favor and seek service elsewhere. read more

This is a location I have been to many times, and experienced very good service. Yesterday I stopped in at 5:15pm, knowing that they were to close at 6 pm. I asked as soon as going in the door if I was too late to have an oil change, the first gentleman hesitated and gave the impression that the answer would be no, he said I will ask. The other gentleman said yes we have time. I had stated that I had been there before with a different car, so he asked for my phone number, it did not pull up, so he asked again, and again. It is the only number that I have had for many years, so I do not know why it didn't show, the two gentlemen just shrugged and kept saying "it doesn't pull up" and "are you at the right place". I asked what the problem was, they obviously didn't want my business, they just kept shrugging, so I said good bye and walked out.
