Good service. If you become a regular and aren't an as***** they will do what they can to help you in every way. I love Scott and Tyler. Scott gives it to you straight (in friendly professional way) Tyler is just professional and friendly. Military discounts available and it's our home away from home. Kid friendly as well

Being a user of Action Gator Tire in other locations, I have become familiar with them as a reliable group. Knowing that they were opening a store much closer to me, I waited to see the store open before scheduling a tire purchase. This opening took a bit longer than anticipated - for all of us it seems - and the store opened a month late. Now that it's open, though, I rushed in to make my purchase and get them installed. The staff I dealt with, in particular Eric, got me in and out within about an hour. Now I'm rolling down the road with better tires. If you find yourself in the Reunion area, I recommend giving them a shot. Their tire selection is increasing as they become stocked, but at this point, the service is in and out based on lower levels of customer use. In a hurry? This is the bet for you.

One of their mechanics told me I have a leak of oil and need to replace a seal to prevent major leaks. So I told them was ok to fix it that I didn't know. I went to pick my car on sept 11th, paid $ 380 cash because the mechanic said needed on cash. #sketchy. Within 10 minutes driving home. The car shown 3 messages, oil pressure low, overheating, ac stop working. Has to stop and called them. I noticed the car spilled all they oil, so basically they didn't seal correctly what they found was wrong with the oil. They sent me a tow truck and picked my car and the mechanic fixed same day! Went home everything was fine and a week after I start noticing a lot pf oil drops on my garage floor. Certainly it has to be about the job got done. So I called, text the mechanic and no answers. On Sept 22, last Wednesday I stop by this place. Ask to speak with the owner, explained what happened and to please have some check my car because could break down the motor. He said nothing could be done because the mechanic who did my work wasn't there and he was coming back in a month. I asked if another mechanic could see the car, he said yes, kept my car for 2 days. I called text and nothing. Had to stop again to see what was going on. So guess what they didn't do anything and refuse to help because he said they mechanics work independently, charge independently and the other mechanic wasn't going to take the risk to fix my car under someone else work. So the resolution for him was to wait a month till the other mechanic came back. Unfortunately I need the car to libe, make money and couldn't wait so I left. But this place is super sketchy, I'm talking to my lawyer to see if we can sue this place for putting my life at risk when my car stop in the middle of the street. I also don't think they have permits to operate as mechanics, only tires! Honestly this place should be banned and close. Putting peoples life as risk! What ??? I I will demand a full refund.

What stood out most and caught my attention at this particular location were all the associates greeting me with genuine smiles, positive attitudes, and a healthy dose of customer appreciation. Maybe it was a perfect day for the shop and its staff, or perhaps they are always very kind and courteous? Regardless, it was a great experience to have. BE AWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!…read more I brought my car (Hyundai Sonata) in to have my air conditioning system looked at because it wasn't blowing cold air let alone cool air just air. I had a thought of what it MIGHT be, but I wanted to have it looked at to discover the root of the problem. After like thirty or forty minutes they told me it was low on Freon. So I'm no expert I just have experience with cars' AC systems and what could happen over periods of time, they could reload the Freon and I be on my way in about an hour, they also offered to clean out the tube to clean out any mold that might be there, but I respectfully declined, they waived the diagnostic fee of $185, I paid $504 for the Freon refill, and I was on my way. Now a week later, my car's air conditioning was starting to blow cold air only on the passenger side and now just air like it did before I had the Freon refilled. So I took my car to the dealership and asked for a diagnostic of the air conditioning system along with a safety recall and we had an answer. It turns out it was the AC evaporator, which was the initial problem because they did a full check. What I mean is that in order to get this figured out they had to run dye through the system to find leaks and remove the windshield and dashboard in order to find the problem. Now this Goodyear, their technician ran dye through the system and DID NOT advise me further about it possibly being something more. When I brought this to them, they did not take me seriously, acted like they saved the dealership an extra step, and told me that they do not do this kind of extensive check because they don't like to throw parts at their customers or due to the size of my car (I have a Hyundai Sonata it not huge but not like a coupe or a Fiat), they also said the dealership cheated on their diagnosis because they used their dye that was still there in order to find the problem, and because of them waiving the diagnostic fee one of their guys did not get paid properly (and based on the technician's response to that it sounds like it had happen before). The technician that was helping me took the quote from the dealership and worked the numbers to beat the quote given and the best they would do was $300 less than the dealership which was almost $3000 and they could do it in one day instead of two days which they probably thought would seal the deal with me and the fact that the manufacturer's guide says it only takes less than a day. All I could think was "NO WAY", they already tried to hide an issue that they decided not to check despite putting dye in my car to check it but refused to touch the inside of my car to possibly find the issue before I even spent the money, when they also claimed their AC technician is the best in the company, well you're not touching my car again and potentially squeezing me for more money. All they cared about was citing their own policy and gloating in the fact that the dealership "got help" from them because they had already put the dye in my car to find the problem.
