We live in Orlando, but after being nickel and dimed by Greenway Ford for years, we decided to give Carlos a shot. He came highly recommended by my mother-in-law, who raved about him for months prior. Carlos was able to check out my car right away. He did a thorough diagnostic assessment, and went over results in depth with my husband and I, and fixed the issues within a day (pretty major ones). He charged us almost $2k less than Greenway quoted us, too! Money aside, the work was excellent- they fixed an ongoing issue that Greenway didn't fix over two years. Thank you Carlos, wife, and staff. We really appreciate your honesty and excellent work on Big Red-- yes, we named the SUV. :)

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He did not try to upsell or overprice the repair. I will absolutely be using them again for any future repairs and services. Highly recommended.
