They didn't tighten my filter it was effecting my engine. I went back to them and they tightened my filter and told me to pull over to advance auto parts next door to have it evaluated. Hector was so knowledgeable. He helped fix the Strickland bros mistake. Can't say enough good things about the guy. For one, why is it that I made an appointment at 1:30pm, and it's 3:30pm and I'm still sitting here? That makes zero sense. The floors are absolutely disgusting, the AC sucks, and the customer service is horrendous. Almost 80% of the window blinds are broken as well. It was the weekend and no one had one in stock. O'Reilly was the only store to make the effort to get us one that day. They looked it up and found a listing that we believed was correct and we were told he could have it in store in just a few hours. We were told if it was the wrong one they would just put it in their inventory. We crossed our fingers and went home to do the rest of the job to the point we could. A few hours later we went back and they had the part in hand. I matched it to an original and it was perfect. In this day it is hard to find people that are willing to go above and beyond to help and we were thrilled to find them here. I will definitely shop here first the next time I need parts.
