On my latest stop in I was just looking for a replacement steering wheel cover and discovered they have quite a large selection of them. I saw several that I liked and easily made a choice of which one to buy. I walked up the front and got in line and only had a short wait till I was able to check out I give them my account information each time so I can keep track of the items that I purchased from the company. I have shopped at many of their locations through the years but this one is currently the closest one to where I live and was also convenient as we were out and we were driving right by. In the past I've purchased quite a few batteries from this location and they've been very helpful if I needed one of the old ones checked or tested. If you bring your vehicle in when you're in need of a battery they will actually install it for you as well. I've never had to have that done but I have had to have help getting batteries in and out of my car because they were too heavy for me to carry around. AutoZone also offers a good variety of testing equipment or tools that you can rent from them. Usually I find my best deals with this company all that once in a while I find a better deal at one of the other ones and it will shop at them. A worthwhile place for any of your automotive needs.

For one, why is it that I made an appointment at 1:30pm, and it's 3:30pm and I'm still sitting here? That makes zero sense. The floors are absolutely disgusting, the AC sucks, and the customer service is horrendous. Almost 80% of the window blinds are broken as well. Almost $500 I'm paying for the absolute worst experience. I will never come back.

It was the weekend and no one had one in stock. O'Reilly was the only store to make the effort to get us one that day. They looked it up and found a listing that we believed was correct and we were told he could have it in store in just a few hours. We were told if it was the wrong one they would just put it in their inventory. We crossed our fingers and went home to do the rest of the job to the point we could. A few hours later we went back and they had the part in hand. I matched it to an original and it was perfect. In this day it is hard to find people that are willing to go above and beyond to help and we were thrilled to find them here. I will definitely shop here first the next time I need parts.
