The consultation was straightforward & quick--Katie thoroughly examined my skin and reviewed the high-resolution photos taken with their machine. Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. The store is tucked away on the second floor of a commercial building complex. The shop is bigger than their original store and has private rooms available for treatments. It's a spacious Shiseido retail store where they provide service with a smile. The technicians are friendly, professional and provided us each with an excellent treatment experience. I totally recommend that you check this place out, buy their products and/or treat yourself for a facial treatments at this Shiseido store. I was escorted to a private room, and it was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected. Their attendant, Ruby, handled my treatment. She was very kind and friendly in her demeanor, very professional in her approach, and was patient and careful because she knew I wasn't used to it and that it might be painful at the start. As reopening after COVID19, everyone that enters must wear face mask. Customers need to have their temperature taken, use hand sanitizer, and spray down with disinfectant.
