Normally I get pretty angry red up there after a threading and I was bracing myself to tear up and grit my teeth for the pain but she was so gentle and I literally had none of my usual pain. The space is very clean, pretty and minimalistic. All their tools are hidden behind large mirrors situated in front of each chair so there isn't any tables with clutter on it. The whole salon is cozy but roomy. There was another customer there and she was able to have her baby and a stroller right now to her. Mamas gotta have nice brows too, y'know. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. Immediately when I saw the cancellation text I asked her to reinstate it and told her I will let her know if I needed to cancel before the 24 hour mark. She refused. She told me I have to rebook via a link when she is the one who booked the appointment through text last time. If she did not want it booked via the link she could have said no to begin with. Very very rude that she canceled my appointment when I never asked her too. last time she canceled on me because of the snow when she said l've canceled in the past. I asked her when I canceled and got no response. Very unprofessional.
