Immediately when I saw the cancellation text I asked her to reinstate it and told her I will let her know if I needed to cancel before the 24 hour mark. She refused. She told me I have to rebook via a link when she is the one who booked the appointment through text last time. If she did not want it booked via the link she could have said no to begin with. The atmosphere was so relaxing because of the music selection and how comfy the beds are. Hanna made sure I was comfortable before starting and even put a blanket over me. I opted for the 13mm, d curl, cat eye style and Hanna got right to work and finished in under an hour! When she was done she showed me how to brush out my lashes and gave me a zip lock baggie that contained care information and a lash brush.
