Bought my 2021 Dark Horse here. They don't mess around. They're reliable and go above and beyond.

Worst experience I have ever had with any sort of repair service. Brought my bike in for repair…read moreunder the recommendation of another mechanic, younger guy who obviously thought the world of this guy. Well, two years later I finally got my bike back. I didn't hound him, I gave him time, which I thought would be the right thing to do. Well that obviously didn't work. The whole time never got a call or an update. Finally went in to get my bike and he had it running decent. His excuse for the time delay was the part he needed was unattainable ? Anyways I let it go seeing as how my bike was a little on the rarer side and I was finally happy to have the damn thing back. My major mistake was bringing it back for more work. After bringing it in for tuning, he returned it with scratches on my new paint in the front fender and a quarter sized dent in my brand new header pipe. I brought this up to him and he just shut me out. Wouldn't answer calls just denied it. Unbelievable. And worst than that, during the two year debacle I trusted that he would return the bike to me in safe driving order which is what I was most concerned about ! I asked him to check the tires which he said " well I'm staring at brand new tires and they look good to go ! " I trusted him. After his encouragement of "I think you should drive it a lot to get the juices flowin and work out the bugs !" And a full summer of riding I noticed the tires felt hard and slick when I braked and cornered. These tires did indeed look new, but they were not. The manufacturer date was 15 years prior. He never even looked at the date. Which is what I asked him to do. Never take someone's word for it when it comes to your safety. Lesson learned. Beware when dealing with this guy. He cost me a lot of money time, damaged my bike and denied everything. And most of all I trusted him with the safety aspect. Just horrible experience all around.
