I had Rick come out to restore the surface and windshield and wax the vehicle. They did a fantastic job and the truck's surface is as smooth as new. They also did a great job cleaning the outside of my horse trailer/LQ that needed a thorough cleaning. I will have Rick come back for a ceramic coating for my truck before heading to AZ next winter. Sam hit the little extra spots I requested as part of the $65 price. If you normally go to regular fast car washes...BY COMPARISSON, what Sam does can feel a little like a mini detail. I recommend removing everything from your car at home so they can find the dirt. My floors were in great need of vacuuming and my floor mats were filthy. My floors and mats now look like new. I feel like I drove a new car off Sam's property. He deserves all his 5 star reviews! My windows sparkle. There are just details that get included here that are missing other places. If a simple hand wash is THIS GOOD I cannot imagine how spectacular their attention to detail would be for a full detail. If you are a newbie to higher end car care, give Sams HAND WASH a try before you decide if you really need a full detail. I think you'll be happy here. I feel like I might start doing this hand wash maybe every 2-3 months and just run it through the WAVE touchless in between. I'm not a fanatic when it comes to my car. I just prefer it clean. I was originally going to go with Ceramic Pro but Thomas convinced me that the product he uses, Gyeon, is just as superior. The product is almost as important as the prep, full wash, clay bar, iron removal, buffing, polishing and then actual ceramic coating used. I wanted a product that was durable to the hydrophobic properties of water and dirt beading up and gliding off the car. Thomas is knowledgeable and easy to work with. John was very communicative and had asked if he could get started early. I had prepped the car by taking everything out, and had it moved to the shade to give John some protection from the sun. He got immediately to work after reconfirming price and amount of time for the service. I checked on him once and he was pretty self sufficient. He brings his own water for the cleaning, cleaning products, and even a modest workbench for his products and tools. I've got to say, the man has an impressive setup! He has an automatic text service that lets you know when he has finished the car. I checked it out with him and was blown away by the attention to detail. The car was immaculately spotless; inside and out. I was deeply impressed by John's work, his work ethic, and his kindness. Should I be feeling lazy again, he'd be the guy I would call! Better than last time…read more Last time I was here, I got the mid grade interior and exterior wash. When I got home I noticed the rims were still dirty and the interior had several spots missed from the vacuuming. And I pre-tipped... Didn't make that mistake this time. The exterior wash was great! Clean rims, spot free rinse! That was a marked improvement. The interior was better. Thorough vacuum, good wipe down of my dusty interior, one of them did an excellent job of cleaning a spill in the door pocket. The mirrors and windows were cleaner, but had streaks remaining, and they tend to miss that inch of window at the top next to the door sill. I would recommend this business for a reasonably quick interior/exterior wash for a 40-50 dollar range. But, I am looking for someplace a little more detail oriented for under $100. The clerk though was highly customer service oriented! That's worth something.
