I used the Yelp Assistant to request a quote from several detailing companies and Rick, from Clean Image, was the first to respond. He responded within minutes each time we communicated. He suggested steaming and an ozone treatment to address the odor. We made an appointment for the next day. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly! I would highly recommend Clean Image for your detailing needs and I will definitely be back in the future...assuming the treatment was effective and the bears leave me alone !

Anyone who has experienced that knows that the car cannot wait to be cleaned inside and out, but finding someone at 7pm is the tricky part. I made a couple of phones calls and sent requests to several businesses here on Yelp, and Michael came back with the best rate at the earliest time. He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. The car was sparkly clean, and quoting his words, "The only thing that will be old about the car is the mileage!"

I had my son check it out this morning, and we decided (1) the job they did was acceptable given the circumstances and (2) it's impossible to tell whether the litter that's in there now was left there in June or was blown or brought in by rodents since then. In the meantime, Sam was super nice about it and offered to redo the job. I am now one of his many clients who rate his business 5 stars. He has the old-fashioned business ethic of wanting to make his customers happy. Tip: If you have any problem with the work you have done there, call Sam and talk to him about it before you do anything else.

I thought Sam's Sparkle was mobile and I booked because Sam was excellent at replying to my texts. I discovered he is not mobile because he never asked for my address. LOL... But I decided to give him a try. I booked a hand wash. Took about an hour. This is not a detail or even a mini detail but it's a GREAT HAND WASH that truly made my car SPARKLE. Sam hit the little extra spots I requested as part of the $65 price. If you normally go to regular fast car washes...BY COMPARISSON, what Sam does can feel a little like a mini detail. I recommend removing everything from your car at home so they can find the dirt. My floors were in great need of vacuuming and my floor mats were filthy. My floors and mats now look like new. I feel like I drove a new car off Sam's property. He deserves all his 5 star reviews! My windows sparkle. There are just details that get included here that are missing other places. If a simple hand wash is THIS GOOD I cannot imagine how spectacular their attention to detail would be for a full detail. If you are a newbie to higher end car care, give Sams HAND WASH a try before you decide if you really need a full detail. I think you'll be happy here. I feel like I might start doing this hand wash maybe every 2-3 months and just run it through the WAVE touchless in between. I'm not a fanatic when it comes to my car. I just prefer it clean. I park in a garage so I rarely need a wax. I do miss my mobile guy...but Sams is very reasonable AND there's a great little Mexican restaurant only a short walk away, called CARLILLOS Cocina. Delicious. Don't expect a sparkling waiting area at Sam's...LOL...all the attention to SPARKLING DETAIL happens in the back where your car is being transformed. Unfortunately, our experiences with them seemed to go downhill from there. I recently brought my SUV in for a detail, specifically wanting the seats cleaned. Unfortunately, after the detailing, the seats still had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the carpets and plastic interior trim came out great. However, I also noticed a few missed spots on the doors after I got home. Things took a more serious turn when my dad brought his truck in yesterday at 8 a.m. to have the windshield tinted. After three failed attempts and 10 hours of waiting, they ultimately told him they couldn't complete the job. We wish they had been upfront from the beginning if they weren't confident they could properly tint the windshield on his truck, rather than having him wait all day. To make matters worse, white paint was spilled all over my dad's truck early that morning and wasn't cleaned up properly. They offered a free detail to make up for it and said they would finish cleaning it the following day, but it's concerning that this happened in the first place. We're now left hoping all the paint can be removed without damaging the truck's finish. It's a shame because our first experiences with SLS Industries were genuinely positive, and we wanted to continue supporting them. Unfortunately, the inconsistent quality of the detailing, the lack of communication regarding the tint job, and the paint spill have left us disappointed. These experiences have made us question their professionalism and attention to detail. We are not coming back.
