It makes the whole experience way more fun than you'd expect from a car wash. It's in a convenient location, it's affordable, and I can usually get my entire car done for $10 or less. When I got home I noticed the rims were still dirty and the interior had several spots missed from the vacuuming. And I pre-tipped... Didn't make that mistake this time. The exterior wash was great! Clean rims, spot free rinse! That was a marked improvement. The interior was better. Thorough vacuum, good wipe down of my dusty interior, one of them did an excellent job of cleaning a spill in the door pocket. The mirrors and windows were cleaner, but had streaks remaining, and they tend to miss that inch of window at the top next to the door sill. I would recommend this business for a reasonably quick interior/exterior wash for a 40-50 dollar range. But, I am looking for someplace a little more detail oriented for under $100. The clerk though was highly customer service oriented! That's worth something.

They are not cheap and frequently there would be equipment not working etc so I'm not getting the full value for my dollars spent. I wanted a self-service style and after some searching around I found Washoe Wash. I was very pleased with the experience here. The facility is clean and everything works! The water is heated (score!) and there are a wide range of options to select from (rinse, soap, wax, engine cleaner etc). Pricing is very fair ($4 for the first 3 1/2 minutes then buck a minute to extend. There's ample parking to towel off the car, or they have a high powered air blaster thingy if that's your jam. I also saw an automatic touches full-wash machine in one of the bays. This will be my go-to place of business for winter car washes!

I had Rick come out to restore the surface and windshield and wax the vehicle. They did a fantastic job and the truck's surface is as smooth as new. I returned the next day, as directed by them, but they were closed entirely just because it was overcast. This resulted in me driving across town twice for nothing and missing the monthly interior wash I pay for. To make matters worse, I had been offered a 50% discount for the previous two months. When I finally got in, the attendant told me I couldn't get the interior wash I'm entitled to, blaming a "problem in the system." It makes no sense that the system would suddenly fail to recognize a service I've been offered consistently before. I contacted customer service but have received no reply. Between the poor communication, lack of reliability, and the upcoming price increase, I am canceling my membership. I no longer recommend this place.
