Josh rocks! Cool dude and excellent customer service. My headlights were baaaaaaadly oxidized. They look brand new now, and it didn't take much time at all. The best part: Josh gives you a lifetime warranty on headlight restoration. The price was excellent, as well. You won't be sorry going here. read more

We brought our 2004 and 2016 Nissans to Precision for thorough detailing so we could have the best chance to sell them on our own. After Precision's work, both cars looked like new inside and out. We were astonished. Josh offered to take photos of the cars and pot them online. He recommended we list them for sale online at asking prices in line with same model/year/mileage condition. We did and we got offers within one day on one and 10 days on the other. Josh at Precision handled test drives, negotiations and coordinated execution of documents. He made the process easy for us and we came out with far more money than if we had traded the cars in to a dealer. Josh is a hard worker working for his customer. He makes a car dazzle and the results make buyers want the vehicles. Precision gets our highest possible recommendation! Highest integrity as well as quality work. read more

I have been going to buggy bath for years. They are absolutely the best car detailer in RENO/Sparks Nevada I highly! Recommend them.

Josh and Precision Auto Detailing are the best. I took my 2016 Porsche Cayenne to have a deep cleaning detail inside and out. I had just bought the car and it had been sitting outside his apartment for two years without being even started and the interior was absolutely trashed. Josh did the deep clean and now the inside looks showroom clean. I would Highly recommend Precision Auto Detailing to anyone and everyone who wants their car to look and feel like you just picked it up from the dealer! I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks Josh! read more

Josh did an awesome job restoring the headlights on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. Looks brand new! Worth every penny.

Got a full interior detail and a quick wash last week. We were traveling to Reno for a few days (concert and rodeo) and dropped the truck off mid stay. Great accommodation and service. Our 22 Silverado 2500 was in serious need of interior refresh, we have Labradors and the truck gets used daily. Came back better than new. We often uber when in Reno so leaving the truck for day is the way to go. All the fuzz, dog hair and dander gone. Incredible really. Location is by the Nugget in Sparks but over on the Baldini's side. We will use Josh/Precision again - next time for an exterior package later in the summer. Totally first class and legit shop. I think for event travelers it's a great opportunity to get work done while you don't really need a car. He does far more high end stuff than what we have for sure. Truck looks new. read more

This is an excellent auto detailing shop, and Josh is brilliant! I brought my car in for their basic detailing service and the price was pretty reasonable. This includes waxing, interior and exterior cleaning, tires, and he even buffed out some scuffs on the outsides. My car feels brand new again. I will definitely be coming back to get my paint touched up! read more

Josh is a true professional with high personal standards and his work shows it. I took my Ghiradelli chocolate brown (for lack of a better description) 2008 Buick Lucerne to Josh's shop and asked him if he could fix my badly oxidized paint. Josh is way more than a detailer --- it required more than ordinary polishing -- he removed the oxidized clear coat and sprayed on a new clear coat (upper half of the car only). He did an absolutely amazing job. Josh is a self-driven perfectionist --- I think the car took him longer than initially expected but he did not shrink from the challenge. He asked for more time, but he did not ask for more money, and delivered an absolutely high-quality project. He also did the head lights on my car and on my wife's car too. It wasn't cheap but it cost far less than a new paint job, and is nearly as good as a new high-end paint job. Total quality and great value. Thanks Josh!!! read more

Have something going on with your car? Stop by and see Josh at his beautiful shop here and you will be pleasantly surprised with his level of skill and professionalism. Very friendly too! He made my car look 5 years newer by restoring my headlights to NEW condition. Amazing experience here. While I was here I saw cool high end cars from classics to luxury. I saw him installing ceramic coatings and it caught my attention. I can tell he can tackle all car detailing needs. He even helped remove sap and tar from my dad's vehicle. Great service! read more

I purchased a Genesis GV70 in Phoenix and drove it home to Reno. After getting it home and performing a hand wash, I discovered tiny yellow specks of sap/grime all over the vehicle. I could not get it off by scrubbing or using rubbing alcohol. I was planning to get the ceramic coating but was concerned the paint was already damaged on my brand new car. Josh assured me he would be able to remove the spots. Well, it turned out to be a huge undertaking, and he had to spend all day going over every inch of the vehicle with a spotlight and clay bar, but he was able to get my car perfectly clean. Josh coordinated with a partner shop to get my clear bra installed, and then proceeded to apply three coats of ceramic. The final product was great! The paint has a fresh wax/polish feel and dust wipes right off. I am meticulous and went over every inch of the vehicle. There were only a few tiny imperfections that were likely original damage to the paint - either from the dealership or the drive home (no reasonable person would ever see them, but I have OCD). Anyway, Josh was fantastic, and he kept in close communication with me throughout the process. Ceramic and clear bra are not cheap, but I plan to keep the vehicle for a decade plus, and I strive to keep my vehicles in the best possible condition. The pricing was upfront and the total was a little less than the original quote. If you are like me, get this done immediately on a brand new vehicle. Waiting even a couple months is too long if you want the paint to be pristine (no scratches, swirl marks, etc.) I highly recommend Josh at Precision Auto Detailing. read more

I hate to leave poor reviews but I felt this is necessary. I reached out to Josh for a paint polish and possible a paint correction. I was originally told by Josh that the time it would take to do the job would depend on what the condition the paint was in. I was already expecting it to be longer than just a day or 2 because I knew my paint was in bad shape. He called on the first day and said it would defiantly need to stay a few days longer in order to do the job well which was fine. He said it would be a bit extra money as well. I understood that. Each day he said it would be done and I would reach out and he said he still needed more time and it depends on the weather. A few days go by with poor weather and then a few days go by with good weather but my car still wasn't finished. I ended up doing some research to see how much other places would charge for a similar job and how long it would take. Turns out other places were charging about 200-300 bucks less for a 3 step paint correction and it would take about 3 days and they could do the job without needing the sunlight. They actually said you don't do paint correction in the sun because it burns the paint. The day I decided I would take my car back regardless if the job was done, it was actually finished and it looked great upon first look. When I got home I started to look at it closer and I found one spot on my right fender where paint had peeled up and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. Also some water marks on the windows I wanted off are still on there. Aside of those 2 things the job was great but those 2 details along with the extended period of time it took to finish the job made me less than satisfied. I feel they may have over booked themselves and were prioritizing other cars instead of mine causing it to take 8 days to get my car back. read more

If you ever need your auto detailed do not hesitate to call Josh at Precision Auto detailing. He's not only extremely skilled at cleaning every crack and crevice but also uses products that won't bother your respiratory system. My car was 12 years old and used to live in Alaska. The paint was showing the effect of 91,000 highway miles and weather. After a year in the Nevada sun it was looking pretty sad. Josh used a 4 in one product to polish the paint and made it shine, shine, shine! Josh also offers a consierge auto sales service, which we took advantage of. For a fair fee, he did the market research to find a fair retail value, listed the car for sale, provided the photos for the listing, found a buyer in a timely manner, and filled out the sales contract for us. A good deal is one in which everyone is happy, and we have a GREAT deal! The buyer doesn't have to visit a stranger's house and deal with a barking dog, the seller doesn't have to deal with no shows or flakes. Josh brings everyone together at the lovely, clean office to close the deal. What a sweet deal!! Josh is flexible, dependable, and a great communicator. You can't go wrong for great results with Precision Auto Detailing! read more

My AMG Mercedes suffered from some environmental fallout where something abrasive was stuck to the paint and a simple washing would not remove; I called Precision Auto Detailing and talked with Josh where he had me stop by the same day; he did a thorough inspection and even tried a couple things while I waited to see if he could remove; he explained that he would have to do a bit more work to get the results I desired and finishing with a ceramic coat would really be the best bet; wow! I am so glad I had him do the job! the car came out better than I had expected, and I am very satisfied with the results and work Josh did; highly recommened, I would add more stars if I could! read more

We brought our 2018 G80 to Josh for paint correction and ceramic coating. The previous owner had apparently used drive through car washes or something else that left it with lots of scratches and swirl marks. Josh was able to repair the vast majority of paint blemishes to perfect the surface and then applied the ceramic coating which came out gorgeous. The coating created an incredible shine and finish that really enhances the paint and color depth. The wheels were coated also, and it gave them an amazing glow. Best of all, the beautiful paint is now protected from dirt and UV damage for years with an annual maintenance visit. Josh is great to work with, detail oriented, and really takes pride in his work. read more
