Got a full interior detail and a quick wash last week. We were traveling to Reno for a few days (concert and rodeo) and dropped the truck off mid stay. Great accommodation and service. Our 22 Silverado 2500 was in serious need of interior refresh, we have Labradors and the truck gets used daily. Came back better than new. We often uber when in Reno so leaving the truck for day is the way to go. All the fuzz, dog hair and dander gone. Incredible really. Location is by the Nugget in Sparks but over on the Baldini's side. We will use Josh/Precision again - next time for an exterior package later in the summer. Totally first class and legit shop. Josh is a true professional with high personal standards and his work shows it. I took my Ghiradelli chocolate brown (for lack of a better description) 2008 Buick Lucerne to Josh's shop and asked him if he could fix my badly oxidized paint. Josh is way more than a detailer --- it required more than ordinary polishing -- he removed the oxidized clear coat and sprayed on a new clear coat (upper half of the car only). He did an absolutely amazing job. Josh is a self-driven perfectionist --- I think the car took him longer than initially expected but he did not shrink from the challenge. He asked for more time, but he did not ask for more money, and delivered an absolutely high-quality project. He also did the head lights on my car and on my wife's car too. I purchased a Genesis GV70 in Phoenix and drove it home to Reno. After getting it home and performing a hand wash, I discovered tiny yellow specks of sap/grime all over the vehicle. I could not get it off by scrubbing or using rubbing alcohol. I was planning to get the ceramic coating but was concerned the paint was already damaged on my brand new car. Josh assured me he would be able to remove the spots. Well, it turned out to be a huge undertaking, and he had to spend all day going over every inch of the vehicle with a spotlight and clay bar, but he was able to get my car perfectly clean. Josh coordinated with a partner shop to get my clear bra installed, and then proceeded to apply three coats of ceramic. The final product was great! The paint has a fresh wax/polish feel and dust wipes right off. I am meticulous and went over every inch of the vehicle. There were only a few tiny imperfections that were likely original damage to the paint - either from the dealership or the drive home (no reasonable person would ever see them, but I have OCD). Anyway, Josh was fantastic, and he kept in close communication with me throughout the process. Ceramic and clear bra are not cheap, but I plan to keep the vehicle for a decade plus, and I strive to keep my vehicles in the best possible condition. The pricing was upfront and the total was a little less than the original quote. If you are like me, get this done immediately on a brand new vehicle. Waiting even a couple months is too long if you want the paint to be pristine (no scratches, swirl marks, etc.) I highly recommend Josh at Precision Auto Detailing. read more

I hate to leave poor reviews but I felt this is necessary. I reached out to Josh for a paint polish and possible a paint correction. I was originally told by Josh that the time it would take to do the job would depend on what the condition the paint was in. I was already expecting it to be longer than just a day or 2 because I knew my paint was in bad shape. He called on the first day and said it would defiantly need to stay a few days longer in order to do the job well which was fine. He said it would be a bit extra money as well. I understood that. Each day he said it would be done and I would reach out and he said he still needed more time and it depends on the weather. A few days go by with poor weather and then a few days go by with good weather but my car still wasn't finished. I ended up doing some research to see how much other places would charge for a similar job and how long it would take. Turns out other places were charging about 200-300 bucks less for a 3 step paint correction and it would take about 3 days and they could do the job without needing the sunlight. They actually said you don't do paint correction in the sun because it burns the paint. The day I decided I would take my car back regardless if the job was done, it was actually finished and it looked great upon first look. When I got home I started to look at it closer and I found one spot on my right fender where paint had peeled up and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. Also some water marks on the windows I wanted off are still on there. Aside of those 2 things the job was great but those 2 details along with the extended period of time it took to finish the job made me less than satisfied. I feel they may have over booked themselves and were prioritizing other cars instead of mine causing it to take 8 days to get my car back. read more

We brought our 2018 G80 to Josh for paint correction and ceramic coating. The previous owner had apparently used drive through car washes or something else that left it with lots of scratches and swirl marks. Josh was able to repair the vast majority of paint blemishes to perfect the surface and then applied the ceramic coating which came out gorgeous. The coating created an incredible shine and finish that really enhances the paint and color depth. The wheels were coated also, and it gave them an amazing glow. Best of all, the beautiful paint is now protected from dirt and UV damage for years with an annual maintenance visit. We had our classic truck detailed by this company, although he did a beautiful job at detailing the vehicle, there were some issues, first he got a estimate from A man he uses so we could sell, and photos! The estimate was incorrect with engine type which is important, we could not find it anywhere on the web being for sale! I myself sold the vehicle and the owner expected a commission! Now we paid for detailing, estimate and photos, but he did not sell it! I did! So he said at the last minute he was charging us rent for the time he was apparently trying to sell the truck! Also a cover brand new that was purchased for the truck, never opened, hand delivered to him to put in the truck magically disappeared and said he donated it! Not professional at all! Also note! Why waiting is his waiting area ! Every person he spoke to there estimates were going up in price from original estimate! Yes he did a beautiful job on the truck, but unhappy with his approach to make money off of us, trying to get a commission off something he did not sell, so charges us rent and did not give new owner truck cover that was hand delivered to him! I won't be recommending him because I don't feel his integrity as a business person is there! And trust has been broken! Be prepared for your estimate to go up! read more
