Sam hit the little extra spots I requested as part of the $65 price. If you normally go to regular fast car washes...BY COMPARISSON, what Sam does can feel a little like a mini detail. I recommend removing everything from your car at home so they can find the dirt. My floors were in great need of vacuuming and my floor mats were filthy. My floors and mats now look like new. I feel like I drove a new car off Sam's property. He deserves all his 5 star reviews! My windows sparkle. There are just details that get included here that are missing other places. If a simple hand wash is THIS GOOD I cannot imagine how spectacular their attention to detail would be for a full detail. SLS Industries started off great! They helped us get a ride back home, did an excellent job…read morecleaning my car's engine bay, and were very friendly overall. Unfortunately, our experiences with them seemed to go downhill from there. I recently brought my SUV in for a detail, specifically wanting the seats cleaned. Unfortunately, after the detailing, the seats still had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the carpets and plastic interior trim came out great. However, I also noticed a few missed spots on the doors after I got home. Things took a more serious turn when my dad brought his truck in yesterday at 8 a.m. to have the windshield tinted. After three failed attempts and 10 hours of waiting, they ultimately told him they couldn't complete the job. We wish they had been upfront from the beginning if they weren't confident they could properly tint the windshield on his truck, rather than having him wait all day. To make matters worse, white paint was spilled all over my dad's truck early that morning and wasn't cleaned up properly. They offered a free detail to make up for it and said they would finish cleaning it the following day, but it's concerning that this happened in the first place. We're now left hoping all the paint can be removed without damaging the truck's finish. It's a shame because our first experiences with SLS Industries were genuinely positive, and we wanted to continue supporting them. Unfortunately, the inconsistent quality of the detailing, the lack of communication regarding the tint job, and the paint spill have left us disappointed. These experiences have made us question their professionalism and attention to detail. We are not coming back.
